I absolutely love my car, and as I happened to pick it up on my birthday, Jared (the salesman) put a giant bow on it for me when I picked it up! I had a great experience and I love my new car!! We had a appt. for a oil change, replace key fob and update We had the oil changed and they failed to place the sticker in the window regarding need for next oil change so we had to call the service department We had the oil changed and they failed to place the sticker in the window regarding need for next oil change so we had to call the service department to find out when the next oil change was due. The service department sold the key fob we had ordered to someone else so we ended up having to come back to the dealer for a loaner car so they could keep the car overnight for the delivery of the next key fob and then the car was kept there literally all day long for that service which interrupted the day off for us. My husband was told that if we used the loaner car we would have to top off the gas tank. That was incredible since it was the service departments fault that we had to use the loaner car in the first place. We were told several times since the purchase of our car that the click we were hearing on AM radio stations was normal (never had the problem with our Ford or our Dodge). We were told this by the saleman as well as the counter person in the service department. After discussing the issue with the service technician Aaron we were told that was not true and what we needed was a computer app update. Aaron did a great job. We have no complaints with him or his professionalism. We can only hope that our next experiance is better. We have had service at both the Dodge and Ford dealerships in the past with excellant resuts. This is our first experiance with Subaru. More
