Amazing buying experience. I’ve have a number of car buying experiences. All of them unpleasant due to high pressure sales tactics. This was the best buying experience by far. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Salesman James Johnson. He was courteous, polite, and very attentative. He immediately picked up on some of my medical problems and asked if I was ok. I told him I had cancer and how it was affecting me. He was sympathetic and went out of his way to let me rest when I got tired. He took us inside the dealership to let us cool down. He quickly got down to what we were looking for and then took us only to those vehicles we were interested in. We test drive one of the new Forresters which my wife fell in love with. We then explained we would need some time to make the decision. We waited three weeks to come back in. He did not make pestering phone calls. I was very impressed. The day we decided to buy I called him and made an appointment for the following day to meet for the purchase. We arrived got all the paperwork filled out, bought a few extras for the Forrester. He offer waters and snacks while we waited. Then we actually sat and talked about my cancer. He was amazing. We were in and out of the dealership in two hours. Stewart’s Subuaru and James have totally changed my attitude about the car buying experience. More
Nice people, nice cars, nice place This visit was for routine service on our 2016 Crosstrek. However, I hit a couple of holes on the Skate Creek Road . . . (Packwood to Mt. Rainier) This visit was for routine service on our 2016 Crosstrek. However, I hit a couple of holes on the Skate Creek Road . . . (Packwood to Mt. Rainier) . . . and so made sure they would be checking. The folks were busy and an alignment had to be wedged in, because I live an hour away, and didn't wish to make another trip.
