Fourth buy here, but First Brand New Car I called Becky ahead of time, to discuss my interest in trading in my 2012 Forester, for a 2018 Forester. We agreed on a time, and upon arrival, we st I called Becky ahead of time, to discuss my interest in trading in my 2012 Forester, for a 2018 Forester. We agreed on a time, and upon arrival, we started discussing my preferences and options. She had one already in mind, so I test drove it, while she inspected my trade. We started the paperwork and negotiations as soon as we returned. The 2018 Premium, has such desired pleasant road noise reduction compared to my 2012 X, not to mention so many extras. The whole trade in/new purchase process went quite friendly, professional, and timely. We worked out a good trade in price and new purchase price, leaving me feeling that we had made a fair deal with minimal stress. Myself and my two girls, left eager to take our first adventure the following day to Seattle, which was such a nicer drive in our new car. We then when camping that same weekend. What a great start with our new ride! This is my fourth car purchased from this dealership in the past 25 years, but this is the first NEW car. More

Can do better I have always Have my car’s service at the dealership. It had been a excellent experience until the last year. My car ALWAYS smells like something is burning in he hood after the oil change and they had left a pieces of plastic on top of the engine once, and had oils all over the top of the engine. And I just have my car service on Friday and didn’t drive since, and when I was going to work this morning, I found out the battery has died somehow. I had made sure that no lights was on, and it was parked inside of the garage since then. Not sure if it is related to the oil change becuase I have not drive my car since then. More
