Terrible Customer Service I very rarely write bad reviews but McCurley Honda deserves this one. All of our troubles started when we bought the car. We bought our 2015 Honda a y I very rarely write bad reviews but McCurley Honda deserves this one. All of our troubles started when we bought the car. We bought our 2015 Honda a year ago, with 50 miles on it, currently it has less than 8,000 miles. We took it in this morning because the air conditioner is not working. After looking at it for about 60 seconds they said "there's nothing wrong with it". Excuse me! It blows 80 degree air on a day where it is 90 degrees outside. That means SOMETHING is wrong! I would never, ever reccommend this dealership to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. More

Overpriced and criminal I own 2 Honda's a civic and an element. Both purchased at this dealership. Recently I have been having problems with both of them. One started with an I own 2 Honda's a civic and an element. Both purchased at this dealership. Recently I have been having problems with both of them. One started with an airbag recall, after it was fixed the airbag light came on and when I brought it back in they said it wasn't due to anything with the recall...funny it wasn't on before...said it would be $300 just to check. My check engine light continues to come on after everytime I bring the vehicle in. They gave it back to me after resetting the light saying nothing was wrong..$115 later for resetting a light...guess what...the light is back on. These people are crooks or idiots. I will not be going back to them for maintenance or purchase. More
