My husband was also looking for a vehicle and he contacted Mccurley Chevy and had them bring over a truck we were looking at to the Honda dealership while we waited and made sure that we had someone who could help us over at Mccurley Chevy when we were done. He made the trade in process as smooth and hassle free as possible, which was greatly appreciated. He listened to our concerns and addressed them appropriately. Overall good experience. Another sales associate had no problem fielding our anxious curiousity of the car prior to Juan’s arrival. Took the time to show us the car, let us try out the features, and answered any general questions we had. Juan showed up and went straight to work for us, staged the car, allowed us to test drive the vehicle, got us set up with ice water and comfortable chairs once we got back to the dealership (it was HOT out!!) all without any pressure or obvious sense that he was going to push us into the purchase. Both Juan and the dealership were very willing to make an actual deal on the car, and our time in the finance office was short and relaxed. All in all a very positive experience! Thank you Juan!!!
