He introduced me to Anthony and Doug in Service Dept. to assist and trouble shoot... ... and finally to Nick who took ownership of the problem and went above and beyond normal service expectations as, .. he made a "house-call" on his own time to "walk-thru" the Genie- home-link -Ridgeline connection.. I've contacted "Genie " and they've offered a software solution to the ongoing problem... The entire (year-long) experience has been frustrating , but I feel confident that McCurley Honda staff have been supportive and in-my corner to assist me to be a satisfied customer. Didnt perform work that what was stated. I brought my 2017 Honda Accord in for just routine oil service and tire rotation and new wipers. Now this review is about the service dept. techs inte I brought my 2017 Honda Accord in for just routine oil service and tire rotation and new wipers. Now this review is about the service dept. techs integrity. I have had all 3 of my services performed there. First one no issue. All went well. Second service was LOF-tire rotation. They stated that they rotated my tires. Which they did not because I ALWAYS mark my tires with a sharpie to see if the honest is honest. I chalked that up to a mistake. My 3rd service on June 17th Monday at 10:30am I asked again for oil change/rotation/new wipers. Once again marked my tires. After seeing my car pull out front, I then inspected the work. I see they replaced wipers/and I always check to see if they did the oil change which they did but once again the rotation did not happen. I walked in and spoke with Mr. Sauceda and he went down the list of service performed. After he was done I clearly asked was the tires rotated, he stated according to the tech yes it was. I then proceeded to tell him what I know and did to keep you the dealership honest. He said sorry. I told him this is the second time McCurley Honda Service dept. stated work was done when clearly it wasn't. The service tech clearly lied about what the work he performed and should be put on notice regarding his integrity. Extremely disappointing since I have bought new Cadillac's/Hondas and other cars for our family members with McCurley, I'm starting to doubt the Integrity part in their name regarding McCurley Honda service dept.and may seek other places to maintain my vehicles. Hope this helps to only improve your techs doing what they say they are doing. More
