Service managers were professional and courteous. I had to remind mechanic to check my r/r tire for slow leak. Took my 2016 Ford Mustang in for a recall repair, the back up camera had quit working and my trunk would not open. This was on Oct 20, 2024, I was given an appointment to have the repairs done in July 20 back up camera had quit working and my trunk would not open. This was on Oct 20, 2024, I was given an appointment to have the repairs done in July 2025. So I need to wait 8 months to be able to get into the trunk of my car.
