The service department is horrible. Had vehicle towed there, and when I called to check if it got there, no one was able to tell me anything. I was told to call the other location to make sure. When I called and left a message ( because no one answered during regular business hours), no one called me back. We were told repairs would be over $14K (on a 2019 vehicle). No thank you, we will be taking it elsewhere. When we went to pick up the vehicle at about 6 pm, the service advisor was not there even though he said he'd be there until 7 pm. Very unprofessional! No one was able to explain anything to us. There was no protection used on the seats or mats, so there were dirt stains all over inside. It also stank of sweat - had to use Lysol! This was not our first time there with bad results. We had been taking the vehicle for one thing or another, but it never got fixed. More

My car has been at the dealership going on 2 weeks, under warranty with an engine misfire. It wasn't taken in to be looked at for 7 days (after a promise of 2-3 days to evaluate). My "handler" tells me he texts messaged me the delay but "forget to send it"; he doesn't know his managers name other than "Mr. Phil". I hope this wasn't suppose to instill confidence! Today will mark my 4th phone call requesting a supervisor. More
Worst experience ever at this location and definitely not use their service. Will never buy a truck from them again, to the point I will never buy a Ford again. License plate holder fell off, no damage whatsoever to the holder, not even a dent or scratch to it or the bumper. The plastic brackets behind the holder were broke, which was likely caused during the assembly of the vehicle. Apparently Ford tough cannot take mosquito impact. Anyhow. No such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty here. Even purchased extended warranty, no help. These guys take your money and do not own up to what they say. I would advise anyone to take their money and their business elsewhere. Oh and by the way, according to them, they are booked up in the service department until July, and it’s only mid March, not a good look for Ford or the product they are selling. If you don’t believe me try calling and scheduling a warranty service appointment. More
Trash service. Clay was a nightmare. The managers were not helpful. Clay delayed me bringing in my truck and then assures me it would be diagnosed within 3 days. Clay was a nightmare. Ultimately, for a bed light switch, they could not figure out the issue and gave me every excuse and would not update me. Had my truck for over 31 days and never solved it. I show up randomly and my truck is sitting in a parking lot collecting leaves in the bed not being worked on. Clay continues to be a nightmare and not helpful and combative, love those type of "service" guys. Hope the manager did what he said and had a stern talking to William. My friends mustang had the same issues but not from people but from quality of work. Oh, and they broke my light button and claimed it wasn't them, even though that was the whole reason for bringing it in so obviously they messed with it, plus there were broken pieces still sitting in the bed. They claim to be so busy they just can't help you. All should be fired. This is all true with no exaggeration. I am upset but they gave me no choice and were unprofessional and unhelpful the whole 31 days. Truck still has the same issue and I made a payment without having access to it, thank you for that. Andres with the Service Delivery Department provides outstanding service and provided frequent updates. New car buying experience was overall great. It was when it came time for warranty work that the issues arise. I recently had my vehicle in for a warranty repair and they did not follow up with me at all on the status of things. The only way I found out updates was to keep calling them or showing up in person. The desk representative would leave the Service Advisors messages to contact me and they never would. It got to the point where the desk representative got status updates for me instead. I was also I told on a few occasions that the car was out for a test drive to verify if the issue was fixed. I monitored the FordPass app and the car wasn’t moving. Along with that lie, I picked up my car to discover the dash-cam was unplugged from the actual unit. They unplugged it the day I dropped it off. To me this is a shady practice. Almost like they don’t want you to see what times they were actually working on it. I attempted to contact them about the dash-cam issue since I picked up after the Service Advisor was already gone….but once again….no return call to explain. More
The service department here has been nothing short of outstanding. There was a minor factory defect with my new truck, and the service department took care of it.
