Yes, they were polite, courteous as all sales individuals are taught and observed. I pray in my heart MFW talked the truth to me. Since they were posted in Facebook about the Recall of their vehicles, the company needs to be honest with prospect buyers and current customers alike. Yes of course, I am grateful they saw that I was distressed, quite concerned, and took back the car for a 2018 5 door Ford Focus when my visit was why the engine light was on the day after they had worked on it and returned it. More
