I would recommend McCluskey Chevrolet because they have always gone above and beyond what has been expected. Roy Foster was fantastic. We gave him difficult specs to meet for the vehicle we wanted. He worked his tail end off getting info for us on where cars were that met our specs and came up with a winner for u meet for the vehicle we wanted. Roy was a super sales person! Not only were Roy, Paul and Mike able to get our family a great vehicle, they were also able to get us an awesome rate to go along with it! Our family of four had out grown our Mike able to get our family a great vehicle, they were also able to get us an awesome rate to go along with it! Our family of four had out grown our 2007 Envoy, and Roy had just the vehicle for us. He took us over to the Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition with stow away seating...I have to admit at first I said "No Way! NO VAN!" However, Roy showed us all of the features that the Chrysler had to offer, and we were impressed. Roy suggested that we take the van for a quick test drive; that's all it took, we were sold. Our customer service only continued to get better from there. Paul, Mike and Roy go the rate lower and they worked on our deal after hours and made sure that we were completely satisfied before leaving the lot. As it was time to finalize and sign all documents Mark was amazing! We were in his office for twenty minutes and that was with him answers additional questions we had. I experience poor communication from the night service manager on serveral items. I contacted the dealer General Manager to let him know of my dissatifaction. I was also contacted by the President of th manager on serveral items. I contacted the dealer General Manager to let him know of my dissatifaction. I was also contacted by the President of the dealership group. They were both very apologetic and did everything in their power to correct the situation. The responsiveness of both the GM and President means we will likely be coming back to this dealership. More

I came to McCluskey Chevrolet to get an oil change. I was very pleased to know that they would be able to get my car serviced after my evening classes.
