For the past 15 years I have only driven Japanese or German cars. Having been intrigued with the new style of the Traverse, I had to take a look at it and see if GM had finally engineered a vehicle tha German cars. Having been intrigued with the new style of the Traverse, I had to take a look at it and see if GM had finally engineered a vehicle that called out to me as a driver. McCluskey Chevrolet handled the sale of the vehicle just right. They didn't try to sell me the car, they knew it sold itself and it was exactly what I was looking for. They were selling the dealership and its' ability to carry out incredible customer service. The Sales Manager, Paul Cluxton, seemed to understand what most other dealerships fail to realize, it is more about the trust in the dealership and the Sales department than it is about the vehicle itself. You can buy any car, but if you are not comfortable with the people you have to deal with for any of things that can go wrong with a car purchase, you will not buy from that dealership. I've had my Traverse serviced there twice, and they seem as happy to see me for an oil change as they did for the day I bought the car. That means a lot to a customer. I've sent family to buy from there and have made friends looking for new car purchases to go there and look at the Cruze. Once you've had the experience I've had at a dealership like this, you can't say enough good things about them. More

The McCluskey team responded by having a loaner car waiting for my arrival, helped me with my insurance claim, and I was back on the road, and made it to work on time!
