The visit didn't start out that great. Without going into the details lets just say Gary taking us and Walt making everything work out Perfect was awesome. It was pleasing to know that the leaders in that organization understand and acknowledge a dissatisfied customer. Since posting the below review, my issues have finally been resolved. I purchased a used 2011 truck from McCluskey Chevrolet in February 2013. It was the last day of the month so they insisted that I sign and they couriered the documents to my husband for his signature and I was promised that copies of all signed documents would be mailed to me. When I waited one week to inquire where the documents were I was told my salesperson no longer worked there and his manager would be taking care of our needs. I was then contacted over 3 weeks later that we needed to come in and sign again because the amounts on my original paperwork were incorrect. We obliged and resigned our paperwork to just be contacted later that afternoon to come and resign for the 3rd time due to another typo on our paperwork. After 3 (40 mile) trips to McCluskey Chevrolet we have owned this truck for 5 weeks, our temporary tag has been expired for over 7 days, and after dozens of emails/phone calls to the manager we have still yet to receive any copies of our paperwork or our license. A return phone call is not to much to ask when making a purchase. The quality of my vehicle is outstanding, but the Customer Service we have received has been disgraceful. More

I spoke with Jeff Queen on 3 different occasions about an application I had filled out on line for their GUARANTEED FINANCING. I told him I did not have any down payment money and he assured me he could stil application I had filled out on line for their GUARANTEED FINANCING. I told him I did not have any down payment money and he assured me he could still get me in a car. I drove 1 1/2 hour to the dealership in bad weather to get a vehicle. When I arrived I was not able to work with Jeff because he had fallen on the ice. He was in the dealership and I spoke to him but was referred to another salesperson, Linda. This was at the Colerain Store. Linda asked me more questions and filled out still another application then told me that I didn't qualify for zero down on a car. It was because my income was less than $2000. a month (I was $110. short of that figure). I had given this information to Jeff on the phone the evening before and he did not indicate that it was a problem, and still assured me he could put me in a vehicle. Linda said I had to have $1000. down in order to get financed. I had spent a half tank of gas and 3+ hours driving time to get to their facility under the impression I would be financed. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled and any questions they asked me when I got to the dealership could have been handled over the phone to save me the trip if they in fact could not help me. I am a senior citizen and feel I was treated poorley. More
Kenny is amazing. He didn't stop until he found the car we wanted, at a price we were happy with. The time and attention he gave us was something we've never ever experienced with any other dealer. We went to McCluskey Chevrolet after a less than pleasant experience at another dealership in the Kings Mall. We were very pleased with Gary's professionalism and willingness to help. My Sales Rep., Doug Burns, went "above & beyond" in my opinion in addressing my needs for my new Camaro. He searched & found the Victory Red, 2SS with a sunroof that I wanted, including havi beyond" in my opinion in addressing my needs for my new Camaro. He searched & found the Victory Red, 2SS with a sunroof that I wanted, including having the black rally stripes put on it for me as it didn't have any on it originally. He also arranged for rides to pick me up to not only take the car home (as I did not do a trade-in), but also for the pick-up and return of my Camaro for additional undercoating that I had done. He also had it completely detailed and filled up for me! How cool is that??!! He is still taking care of a few things for me and following up with me as he can. He did a great job with me and this sale! More

Me and my husband bought a brand new 2012 car from the Kings location. We were financed the wrong car (2013 instead of 2012), we had to take the 2013 car back the following weekend and exchange for the co Kings location. (note: we live over 1 hour away each way) The original down payment we made had to be re-done so we opened another account for just our car. The original downpayment check was supposed to be cancelled by them but wasnt and got cashed and overdrew the wrong account. I wrote 2 more checks to them on the new account for the new downpayment. The day they were to be deposited, we were informed by them, they couldn't use new checks so we had to go back down and take them cash! (another 2 hours on the road). We were supposed to receive a "rebate" in 2 weeks... got it 6 weeks later! We tried to contact the manager PAUL CLUXTON numerous times to resolve our problems, with NO return call, he made the salesman call us everytime. The only time we were able to get through to PAUL CLUXTON, we called the front desk and got transferred. As soon as we told him our name he HUNG UP ON US!!!! and never called us back. We finally had to call GENERAL MOTORS and the customer service rep Myra called MR CLUXTON and left several messages (documented by GM). She told me PAUL or McCluskey NEVER CALLED HER BACK (this was also documented GM) so McCluskey can't deny any of it! More
