You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These two guys, plus Avery, the finance manager who "worked" my deal, were all so friendly and so helpful to me, and made me feel at ease. The deal they did for me was very do-able, also, and they walked me thru everything with great patience and competence. I have bought many cars before this, but I think that from now on, I am going to do my buying at McCluskey, and look or Mark and Alex, and of course, Avery, who went over and above to get me the best deal possible!!!!! Many, many thanks, guys!!! Also, the receptionist was so nice, she even looked up the number to JimmyJohns for me. From the first moment that I walked into that dealership until I happily drove away in my cute little red Yaris, everyone treated me with kindness, friendliness, and respect. Greg was an outstanding sales professional, at no point in time did he place me under any sort of pressure, he knew how to make you feel valued and did not waste my time. Is this website honest enough to put the bad with the good. They get you in after approved with an agreeable deposit and have you drive the car. Then take your cash...you sit there for 3 hours with visits where I was sittiing to break up the 4 hrs I was there. Total time. Then they tell me - they need more money down or else the deal is off. They degrade you, humiliate you and DO WHATEVEN IT TAKES to get MORE money from you. The Hoff brothers (of Huff"s), are dishonest, immoral, and dirty. If I were in combat - I would NOT want to have them covering my back. Who wants to deal with down and dirty company like this! Four years ago - I had signed a car loan contract with McCluskey and a creditor. Two weeks into my having the car, they tell me I need an addtl $2000 in order to keep the car, because the lender didn't see the bankruptcy I had done 9 yrs prior. They run the credit burea - how in God's name could they not see it. That is the first thing to show on anybodies credit bureau. I should have known better than to go back to mcCloskey dealership. As a female customer, I would recommend this dealership to others but I probably will not be returning. If it is in GOD's will for me to continue to make timely payment and improve my credit score even more over the next eighteen months, on my sixtieth birthday, I will be purchasing the car that I want not what the dealership picks out for me. This purchase began with a call to your dealership inquiring about a lower payment and/or interest rate. Your guest relations person said "Sure we can help. come in" Words were used that made me believe if I purchased from McCluskey as a returning customer, I would receive a much better deal than I accepted.The customer service was great. all employees greeted me and I felt like I was important until you see the numbers. As a returning customer, the car I am paying now for is NOT a better deal then my first purchase- right out of bankruptcy. During my first purchase, I feel the saleperson then, Elizabeth H. provided better serviced me as an individual then, Greg Weber. Elizabeth recognized that as a mature single lady, I desire not just a car but some of the luxury provided on this car. Greg Weber made the sale but I do feel it was the sale he was after more then realizing that I worked hard to get this point in my life and not sale me a car better suited for my twenty seven year old daughter then myself. The arrangement I now have is pretty much the same on a lower quality car, some deal. After driving this Malibu LT, it feels like a toy car compared to the 2011 LTZ I traded in. Even with all the smiles you see on the lot when making the purchase as a returning McCluskey customer, I fell my purchase could have been given better consideration. I was again told that if I paid for my car on time, in two years I would be able to get lower payments and a better interest rate. Well two years later, now I hear "negative equity" is holding me back. Well like I said in the beginning, if it is in GOD's will in eighteen months, I will be purchasing another automobile and at that time, I will make the decisions. More

We were extremely happy with the service we received; Alex made us feel like we were his only customers...eventhough of course I know we were not. When Taylor took his vehicle back in the day after purchase, the service department did almost $1000 of work on the vehicle as no charge to him.
