As a female customer, I would recommend this dealership to others but I probably will not be returning. I worked hard to make timely payments on my trade in thinking I would get a better deal now but I did to others but I probably will not be returning. If it is in GOD's will for me to continue to make timely payment and improve my credit score even more over the next eighteen months, on my sixtieth birthday, I will be purchasing the car that I want not what the dealership picks out for me. This purchase began with a call to your dealership inquiring about a lower payment and/or interest rate. Your guest relations person said "Sure we can help. come in" Words were used that made me believe if I purchased from McCluskey as a returning customer, I would receive a much better deal than I accepted.The customer service was great. all employees greeted me and I felt like I was important until you see the numbers. As a returning customer, the car I am paying now for is NOT a better deal then my first purchase- right out of bankruptcy. During my first purchase, I feel the saleperson then, Elizabeth H. provided better serviced me as an individual then, Greg Weber. Elizabeth recognized that as a mature single lady, I desire not just a car but some of the luxury provided on this car. Greg Weber made the sale but I do feel it was the sale he was after more then realizing that I worked hard to get this point in my life and not sale me a car better suited for my twenty seven year old daughter then myself. The arrangement I now have is pretty much the same on a lower quality car, some deal. After driving this Malibu LT, it feels like a toy car compared to the 2011 LTZ I traded in. Even with all the smiles you see on the lot when making the purchase as a returning McCluskey customer, I fell my purchase could have been given better consideration. I was again told that if I paid for my car on time, in two years I would be able to get lower payments and a better interest rate. Well two years later, now I hear "negative equity" is holding me back. Well like I said in the beginning, if it is in GOD's will in eighteen months, I will be purchasing another automobile and at that time, I will make the decisions. More
We purchased a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire for my son Taylor Kincaid...actually I should say my son purchased it. This is his first purchase he's financed. We had some issues with financing and Alex Kerth worked tirelessly to make this deal happen. We were extremely happy with the service we received; Alex made us feel like we were his only customers...eventhough of course I know we were not. When Taylor took his vehicle back in the day after purchase, the service department did almost $1000 of work on the vehicle as no charge to him. We feel that our 20yo son got a safe, reliable vehicle and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. We will recommend McCluskey Chevrolet to all we know! Thank you! More

My experience was amazing overall, with just one negative. Alex Kerth, the Sales Consultant I worked with, was everything I want in a car salesperson. He had good knowledge of the product, was friendly, and not too pushy. He also knew how to make a sale. Everything I experienced with him was excellent and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Other staff members around his desk were friendly and engaged me in conversation as well. If I could base my entire experience off of the sales staff, this would have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance staff person (I believe his name is Avery) was less than ideal. It began with me feeling like I was talking to a post. He may be forgiven for not showing emotion (or signs of being human), as that is just how some people interact (or don't interact) with others. Unfortunately, he was also entirely too pushy with some of the extras and at times made me feel like I was stupid or wasting his time as I read through the documents before signing them or asked questions. He also pushed me for information that was in no way relevant to the situation as he tried to get me to buy some of the extras. Overall, this was a great experience buying a car. I would like to thank Alex for the personal attention and assistance through the process. I would also recommend that McCluskey do some auditing of the financing staff and their interactions with customers. Thanks again, and I love my 2012 Chevy Cruze! More
I was in the market for a car and have heard great things about McCluskey Chevrolet in the past. I normally shop around from dealership to dealership when buying a car, but McCluskey was my first and last st about McCluskey Chevrolet in the past. I found the exact car i was in the market for and Karen Shepard went above and beyond to make sure i got that car at a very very reasonable price. My over all experience was OUTSTANDING and i will reccomend this dealership and Karen Shepard to family and friends and will definitley be back in the future.
