Unfortunately I am very disappointed by the after purchase customer service provided by McCluskey Chevrolet sales department. I was referred to McCluskey Chevy by Costco, and was unable to meet with the Costco representative because he (Donald Butts) kept cancelling appointments. I was tired of waiting for Mr. Butts, therefore I requested another Costco reprensentative and they referred Mr. Rooney (who by the way did not know anything about the Costco program). During the purchase everyone was very helpful, but unfortunately not after. When I purchased the vehicle there was no second key, I had to return to the dealership another day to retrieve it. Mr. Rooney informed me that it was ready for pick up, but when I arrived I had to wait for them to make it. The vehicle did not have any windshield washer fluid. Unfortunately we discovered this during the recent snow storm, when we were unable to see the road, nor clean the windshield. We pulled over and used water, which didn't last. We (my wife and kids) had to return home and switch vehicles. The oil change light went on. Apparently the oil was not changed before selling the vehicle to McCluskey Chevrolet customers. Unfortunately I'm not done yet. I was informed by my sales person that if I give him a good review on the survey, he would throw in a free wash and fill up the gas tank. I completed the survey and informed my salesperson of this, but he had to verify it with the office personnel. He informed me that he will contact me the Monday after Thanksgiving, but today is the 9th of December and I have not heard from him yet. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager, I was disconnected. I called back on the 2nd of December and left a message for the manager to call me with another sales person. Once again I have not heard from anyone at McCluskey Chevy. Needless to say I am very disapointed with the sales department at McCluskey Chevrolet. I purchased the vehicle as a gift for my wife and I'm very disappointed that I did. I was hoping for a great experience at McCluskey Chevrolet considering how much money was spent ($4 million) to renovate it and make it the nicest looking place to buy a vehicle, but I also read how customer service oriented they are. Well for starters i was in the market for a vehicle and thought i would give mccluskey cheverolet a call. I spoke with a salesman by the name of TJ Larkin who was very helpful and courteous, so much so he thought i would give mccluskey cheverolet a call. I spoke with a salesman by the name of TJ Larkin who was very helpful and courteous, so much so he eventually sold me my vehicle. I still check on him while he's away in college. I then had the pleasure of coming across Karen who helped me out tremedously when any problems arose i have to say thank you to both of these individuals. The one employee who has given me the most satisfaction besides the two mentioned would have to be Kevin Phillips night shift manager. Kevin takes care of me every time i come to service, you see i work second shift so the fact that you guys have service opened mon-thurs till 3am really is convenient for me and Kevin always makes me feel like the most important customer he's ever had. So i must give Mr. Mccluskey his just deserves with the way he has developed not only a top rated car dealership but for also having the best service center in town. He has developed a top notch facility and also an environment that has his team on the top of their game. In closing i will always refer customers to you guys for sales and service. Thanks again guys for making my experience at mccluskey so satisfying. More

Kevin Phillips was very friendly and professional. He explained the safety hazard of continued driving of the vehicle with the recall issue. Where do I begin! As soon as I got to the doors, they were opened for me and several other times I went in and out they opened the doors, which is awesome in the rain! The lady at the front was very friendly and made small talk which was nice too! The entire dealership is state of the art and top of the line. I love the blues and oranges throughout, tons of seating and it's laid out so well. Besides, who doesn't love Starbucks coffee while you wait or your own custom mix of Coke! Karen & Paul are fantastic and didn't belittle us due to our credit situation! We are in a credit rebuild stage and really needed a car! We went to a few other stores and no one was able to help us like Karen & Paul. They were honest, which is so important, and fair on pricing. We drove away in a brand new car and we couldn't be happier. I never felt rushed when making decisions and they were very organized and had answers for us quickly. If you have credit blemishes and need help, don't go to any other store, do yourself a favor and come here first! All of the salesmen were friendly and great, and Karen took really great care of us and answered every question we had! I have been going to this service center since my Saturn dealer went out of business. I was very leary of a change. It was due to a faulty gas cap (which I had replaces numerous times when still with Saturn). After they were done and I was wakked to my car, he checked the cap and was nit hapoy with the loose fit. He tgen took it back in ti get it fixed right. It is that kind of care that I receive every time for any reason. I will buy my next car from them just fir the service departments professionalism and courtesy I receive there all the time. More
I was interested in a used car advertised online. I responded online and got a call for a representative from McCluskey (I don't recall her name, sorry!) and was suggested I see Bay. I went in and looked at the car, and in talking to Bay found it to be extremely high mileage and in asking what I was interested in drove a used Camaro. While doing so, I also looked at new Camaros. Bay helped locate financing though the dealer that was significantly lower on a new Camaro. After driving a new model, I was surprised at the power and ride quality of the new Camaro. I was able to choose from several colors and a wide variety of available options finally settling on a dark blue model. I drove it and in a short time decided it was perfect for me! Bay was able to put the deal together for me and my wife and I signed the paperwork and I drove my new 2014 Camaro off into the sunset. Actually it was the middle of the afternoon on a cloudy, rainy day, but you get the idea! I have taken several "pleasure" cruises in my new Camaro and every time it turns heads and gets several comments ranging from "nice car" to a group of 5 people at Target coming over to ogle and "ahh!" In the parking lot! Absolutely LOVE my new car and greatly appreciate the new McCluskey Chevrolet and especially Bay for making it all possible! Did I say "I LOVE my new car? I DO! " cause I do, and I highly recommend Bay and the entire McCluskey organization for making it happen especially if you need/want a new vehicle! BTW I stopped by the service department to ask a question about an add on and they were busy with a wide variety of cars for service. So I decided to come back another time when a guy from rentals asked if he could help. He went out of his way to help me and find the right person to answer my questions. Not only did he find that person, but within minutes several of the other service people became "free" and each and everyone welcomed me and went out of there way to help out! Great organization. Go there first or go there last, but definitely go there before you buy anywhere else. You will be well taken care of at McCluskey! ! ! ! More
