We were searching for a small SUV for our family. We researched many SUV's on the market. We visited approximately 9 dealers and drove each of their SUV's to see which vehicle felt the most comfortable researched many SUV's on the market. In the end, we purchased a Chevrolet Equinox 2LT. The Equinox gave us the room we were looking for in an SUV along with the most comfortable ride. We were very pleased with our salesman, Alex Kerth, who worked tirelessly with us. He was always pleasant and never showed any frustration with our indecision on which brand and in the end which model we would go with. We responded to an internet ad. I called and they confirmed it was available. When I arrived they said it wasn't at that lot. When they called around they found they no longer had it and quickly trie confirmed it was available. When I arrived they said it wasn't at that lot. We were tired of looking so we tried some other vehicles and landed on something different that we weren't crazy about but we negotiated a deal. After chasing a toddler around a loud dealership for over 6 hours we were told to come back the next day to complete the deal and pick it up. We had agreed to price, terms etc. and had the financing in place...just needed to complete the paperwork and it had become later...well after closing. No problem we thought. Later that night I get a call and it's an apologetic sales person telling us that the sales manager had changed his mind saying he could not sell us that vehicle at that particular price. I couldn't believe it. After having purchased many vehicles from dealerships I had never had that happen. The next day we went elsewhere (a dealership in Kettering) and in less than two hours drove away in our new van...exactly what we were looking for - a complete opposite experience. To add insult to injury I received calls for weeks afterwards asking us if we were ready to buy despite many pleas to stop calling us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR MILL! More

I am so happy with the oil change EXPERIENCE I received Thursday night 10:30pm on 12-12-13. I purchased my vehicle from Ms. Franklin last year in March. He was very professional in showing me to their new wait area. The complimentary snacks and drinks were just the beginning. I had the ultimate experience in their private relaxation room. I got a full body massage in their massage chair while watching my favorite show! Then to come out and see that not only was my car washed but Kevin assured that the team CLEANED the inside and outside of my vehicle. I am sure I won't receive this service anywhere else I came to work and made my co workers jealous describing my experience to them! More
