My experience was great. I have never been in a dealership as professional as this one. I was very nervous going in and every member of the staff I came in contact with made me feel very welcome a dealership as professional as this one. I was in the graphic arts business for over 25 years and the graphics in the dealership are spectacular. My salesman, Bay, was very professional and not the typical pushy salesman. My wife and I were shopping around for an SUV for her. Not being sure of which make or model would appeal or fit her small frame, we decided to go from dealership to dealership in the Kings Auto Mall area Not being sure of which make or model would appeal or fit her small frame, we decided to go from dealership to dealership in the Kings Auto Mall area. By the time we walked into McCluskey Chevrolet, we had visited 3 other dealerships and walked around their lots in the rain to see to test drive their cars. One salesman even had us walking around their lot in the rain looking for a car he couldn't find while offering us other cars we weren't interested in. Frustrated and wet we stopped at McCluskey's and were immediately impressed with the place. We met with Vince Summerlin who was polite and took the time to sit down with us and listen to what we were looking for. He offered us coffee and snacks and showed us what they had in inventory. Once we found one we liked, we stood up to go see it, but Vincent asked us to wait till he went out in the rain and pulled it up for us. That was a very nice surprise. It took us a couple more visits and email conversations before we found the one we liked. During the whole process, Vincent was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy to just make a sale, but made sure we had all our questions answered. If he's an example of the kind of service we can expect from McCluskey Chevrolet, I can see us returning here for all our automotive needs for many years to come. Great work Vince. Drove an hour for a Ford Excursion only to get there and found it was sold that morning. But of course they had plenty of other vehicles to show me. These guys took their time to help me choose the best truck for me. I originally wanted a regular cab with an eight foot bed, but Shawn talked me into an extended cab and I'm very happy with it. He gave me a lot of insight into what to look for in a truck and has been helping answer my questions ever since. I've gone back several time for service and they have taken very good care of me. Once they even walked me out to my truck because they had parked it outside the service entrance. I heartily recommend this dealership. More

I was looking for an unbelievable deal on a 2013 Chevy Pickup at the end of the year. I owned 2 vehicles and did not need a new vehicle at this time. I found a Siverado that I was interested in and put Pickup at the end of the year. I owned 2 vehicles and did not need a new vehicle at this time. I found a Siverado that I was interested in and put in an offer via internet. The salesman called me back and stated that he thought they could get to my price request. On arrival I met Mark and talked for a while. I expailned my position and made an offer. The counter offer was $3000 more than the price that I had offered via internet. After 4 hrs of negotiations I left. The dealership called the next day saying that they thought they could get closer to my price. I also did more research on the truck I was looking to buy, but also reviewed the amount the truck that I currently owned could recieve in trade. I realized that my initial offer was very aggressive, although fair for the situation. I came back 3 days later and we agreed on the best offer that was submitted on the previous visit. Overall I had a good experience and the salesman Mark Sturwold was easy to like and very honest. The only complaints I had were that the truck was a Demo with 7K miles on it, which was not advertised on the website. Also, the 2nd day that I visited the dealership, and after I had agreed on a price and financing, it took 1 hr and 15 minutes to get the car ready for me take the truck home. The truck interoir was not cleaned at all and the truck bed had debris from employee activities. More

I have bought 6 New vehicles off McCluskey since 2011 and I have bought 6 New vehicles off McCluskey since 2011 and although I have not been completely satisfied with all your salesmen, I am completely satis I have bought 6 New vehicles off McCluskey since 2011 and although I have not been completely satisfied with all your salesmen, I am completely satisfied with Alex K. He has sold me three new vehicles in 2013 alone, he has bent over backwards to accommodate me. I have dealt with a lot of salesmen and I would have to rate him at the top. I don't care who you hire, but Alex is a top notch salesmen. This guy was/has been VERY patient when showing me vehicles and truly acted as if he wasn't so much worried about selling the vehicle, but making sure I bought what I was wanting. I'm sure if you'll check your records you'll see that I've bought over 10 vehicles from McCluskey dating back to 1994. I'll promise you this as long as I can deal with a guy like Alex K. or Eric Bohannon (wonder where he is) I will continue to give you my business. BTW I love the Coke machine and thanks for your quick response, I received your email in less than 2 days. If I receive the survey you'll get the highest rating I can give.
