I was looking for an unbelievable deal on a 2013 Chevy Pickup at the end of the year. I owned 2 vehicles and did not need a new vehicle at this time. I found a Siverado that I was interested in and put Pickup at the end of the year. I owned 2 vehicles and did not need a new vehicle at this time. I found a Siverado that I was interested in and put in an offer via internet. The salesman called me back and stated that he thought they could get to my price request. On arrival I met Mark and talked for a while. I expailned my position and made an offer. The counter offer was $3000 more than the price that I had offered via internet. After 4 hrs of negotiations I left. The dealership called the next day saying that they thought they could get closer to my price. I also did more research on the truck I was looking to buy, but also reviewed the amount the truck that I currently owned could recieve in trade. I realized that my initial offer was very aggressive, although fair for the situation. I came back 3 days later and we agreed on the best offer that was submitted on the previous visit. Overall I had a good experience and the salesman Mark Sturwold was easy to like and very honest. The only complaints I had were that the truck was a Demo with 7K miles on it, which was not advertised on the website. Also, the 2nd day that I visited the dealership, and after I had agreed on a price and financing, it took 1 hr and 15 minutes to get the car ready for me take the truck home. The truck interoir was not cleaned at all and the truck bed had debris from employee activities. More

He has sold me three new vehicles in 2013 alone, he has bent over backwards to accommodate me. I have dealt with a lot of salesmen and I would have to rate him at the top. I don't care who you hire, but Alex is a top notch salesmen. This guy was/has been VERY patient when showing me vehicles and truly acted as if he wasn't so much worried about selling the vehicle, but making sure I bought what I was wanting. I'm sure if you'll check your records you'll see that I've bought over 10 vehicles from McCluskey dating back to 1994. I'll promise you this as long as I can deal with a guy like Alex K. or Eric Bohannon (wonder where he is) I will continue to give you my business. You can get a car from anywhere, prices are similar wherever you go but in the short time we spent together it is rare that THANK YOU for coming in. We were searching for a small SUV for our family. We researched many SUV's on the market.
