Don was quick and made my new car buying experience a great one. Delivered the car to me outside, showed my car features to me set up my onstar. Everything was great. Made sure I had every comfort of home while we waited which wasn't long. We were in and out in 3 hours. I've never bought a car that quick. Great job Don Butts I would recommend you as a sales person anytime. I even met Keith McClusky himself. The owner was even onsite. This is a great place to buy a new or pre owned car or truck. The selection of vehicles is amazing. Thank you Don very much I really appreciate all you've done for me and my family. I am definitely a loyal customer of McClusky Chevrolet. Went here due to their advertised guaranteed credit approval at new car sales at Kings Auto Mall.Had a certain credit issue that I talked with the finance Mgr before I made an appointment.I was assured approval at new car sales at Kings Auto Mall.Had a certain credit issue that I talked with the finance Mgr before I made an appointment.I was assured my credit would not be a problem and that they have guaranteed credit approval. I made an appointment to come in.I was shown a couple cars I was interested in.Right off the salesman did not seem knowledgeable about the model I was interested in,even began showing me a car then realized it was a completely different model.Once a decision was made,he took a credit application.I was promptly and rudely told "that's not gonna fly" and they would not help me due to the credit issue. I told him I spoke to someone and was told it would not be a problem.His reply was "they will tell you just about anything on the phone to get you in the door"I asked why is guaranteed approval advertised if everyone cannot be his reply was "everyone is,someone may just have to have a very large down payment".He gave an example of where someone before had to put $10,000 on a $13,000 loan. There are too many other dealers out there to put up with the customer service experienced here.So like I was told by the sales man I was told just about anything to get me in the door.A total waste of time. More

First time buyer at this Chevy Dealership, and may be the last!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a new Chevy Equinox from my husband for Christmas on December 23, 2013. Well by January 20 2014, I had lost my Equinox last!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a new Chevy Equinox from my husband for Christmas on December 23, 2013. Well by January 20 2014, I had lost my Equinox to a accident (total lost). So my husband Took me to MCclusky to pick out what I was hoping to be my next new Equinox. Well I found the new one I wanted but it was getting late and they were due to close so we said we would return back to the dealership the next day to sign off on the deal that my husband had arranged, Well my husband had a flat . So I asked my sons fience to take me to MCclusky to pick up the vehicle that was presented to me as the deal my husband had arranged. Now this is where everything begun to change, First I picked up my Equinox and drove it home it seam to ride somewhat rough, but due to the weather we was having I thought that it was road issues, and it was dark outside. Once at home my husband wanted to see that I had in fact picked up my equinox. When your buying a new car or anything new you don't look for anything wrong with it ! No you need to look because we found a big dent in the back passenger door and on top of that it had 3 different tires on it ( and I thought it was the weather) . So when we took car back we showed Amber are sales rep. the dent and the tires and she said they would fix the dent and put new tires on it .when my husband looked over all the paper work he found that they sold me an extended warranty on a new 2014 Equinox that comes with a bumper to bumper??, and also didn't give us all are incentives off on it only giving us $2000.00 when we were to get $6000.00 off + - ? We are to go in tomorrow to see what or if anything they are going to do about all of this we will keep you posted on this outcome ! because this is not the first new vehicle that we have bought but it is at McCluskey Chevrolet and maybe the last . We have never been treated this way and felt deceived like we feel now that it would come down to doing this so that you wouldn't be next that they do this to ! we will keep you posted on out come ! More

We were most impressed with the outstanding customer service we received from Don Butts. He spent time with us and had us test drive both the Equinox and Traverse which we were interested in leasing. service we received from Don Butts. I came to Mccluskey with a trade in and not so great credit and i walked out with a brand new car (which i have NEVER had a brand new car) everyone I was in contact with made the transition smooth and m credit and i walked out with a brand new car (which i have NEVER had a brand new car) everyone I was in contact with made the transition smooth and made me feel like i was important. When you have not so good credit you tend to feel stupid knowing others know you made mistakes but everyone was truthful and helpful and as always i learned new things that i had no idea about. I would recommend Mccluskey to friends and family even those with blemished credit because i believe you are there to service the customer not to pick apart past mistakes you truly are there to help!!!
