I called to set up an appointment for Air Conditioner to be service because it shut off on high speed. I got an appointment Thursday July 11th. I brought my car in Wednesday evening because I work Thursday be service because it shut off on high speed. I got an appointment Thursday July 11th. I brought my car in Wednesday evening because I work Thursday morning. My technician was Dylan Hoffman. Dylan told me that a diagnostic test would be done and he would call me Friday July 12th with the results. He didn't call so I called him Monday July 15th. He told me that the mechanic hadnt looked at my car yet because the diagnostic machine was broke and he wasnt sure when it would be fixed. He also said the mechanics were doing oil changes or working on cars that had been there for a while. Dylan sent me a text Thursday 18th at 4:44pm saying the mechanics will try and look at my vehicle Friday July 19th or early next week. He also let me know he'll be on vacation and Tiffany will be overseeing his tickets if I have any questions. So being frustrated I drove to Mccluskey to speak to the service manager on the 19th. I spoke to Gary Dozier and I believe he looked in the profile and realized that I shouldnt have had to wait 8 days without a loaner car and my car should have been fixed by now. because when I see this repair only took about 4 or 5 hours, I should have had my car back to me that Thursday July 11 or Friday the 12th BECAUSE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 10:45 Thursday the 11th. I had to rent a car from July 16th thru July 22nd because I had to get work and I was never offered a rental or loaner from your technicians. To make this right, I should be reimbursed $376.49 for the rental. More
Scott is an incredible salesman and someone I would call a friend. I in no way shape or form want him to be penalized for what is to follow. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle, I was not provided with a sec a friend. I in no way shape or form want him to be penalized for what is to follow. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle, I was not provided with a second leg and was told it would be mailed to me. I have yet to receive that key. Next day after delivery I noticed an incredible amount of issue with the vehicles paint, included several large scratches. I am now paying to correct these issues out of pocket and I am not happy with that. No customer purchasing a new vehicle should have to deal with this. I was offered to have the paint detailed by someone at the dealership to which I declined due to lack of credibility and experience of a dealership detailer. If that were not the case, the vehicle wouldn’t have these issues to begin with. I trust only someone who does detailing for a living and who has pictures to show their work, especially with a brand new $60,000 truck. I will not be returning to Mccluskey due to these issues. More

The next day Jessica sent me five different cars that all met their criteria that we spoke about. I thanked her and asked for time to review the vehicles as for the past eight years my partner and I have driven and owned multiple BMWs. as I am a self-employed, Private chef I explained to Jessica that My current BMW lease was up in the end of August and was a GT which made it difficult for me to transport my equipment and such to a clients home. We spoke to SUVs within my criteria. When I review the Cars Jessica got back to me and said that she found my perfect car which was a Kia Sorrento XL. I laughed as I had told her. I truly thought I would end up in a Kia as I loved the body style of them and friends that have owned both the Sorrento and BMWs the Sorrento is a truly incredible car. The Tia Sorrento had everything that I had told Jessica I wanted . She shared that it had just undergone their certification and sent me pictures of the vehicle which frankly looks like it was a brand new car. It took about a day for me to think about it and get back to Jessica and we worked out the arrangements and , she sent me up for the card to be delivered from Ohio where they base to South Georgia where I live. working with finance was the easiest I have ever experienced in the last 12 years. Working with Jessica was the easiest I've experienced ever. Jessica was beyond knowledgeable, had incredible customer service, which is my biggest attraction to any company. She answered every question I had and help me through the process of the different vehicles. I will say she mentioned a few times that this Kia Sorrento she felt was the perfect vehicle for me. The car was delivered by Joe incredible. He communicated with me on his ETA and my car was delivered at exactly 9 AM which is what he had told me , the time would be. Without hesitation, I give five stars to put it in Contacts I do not give out these type of reviews unless a company or person has exceeded my expectations. Though they are in Ohio and again I am in Georgia, was from beginning to end the easiest transition purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced in my many years. My next car, which would be the replacement of our second BMW I would without hesitation pick up the phone and call Jessica. Thank you for making this a very easy experience Jessica you're a rockstar More
