Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Was unaware that I had signed up for a lot of expensive and unnecessary work, and Josh informed me that was listed when I was there for. Replaced the ABS module and brake modulation valve (though I'm not really happy that McCluskey has replaced the valve 3 times - an expensive repair). Currently the car drives well and no error codes. While the car was there for the brake issues it was hit in the lot (I'm not happy about that but I understand that accidents happen). Curtis told me they would handle the repairs at McCluskey body shop and it looks good. The car was there for 7 weeks, and that's a VERY long time for this work. Fortunately it happened at a time we could do without the car. Jayla called frequently with updates and I appreciate that. More

Service call finished for over 15 minutes and I had to verify it was completed myself or I would have been left sitting around.
