The sales manager has spoken with the customer several times, even calling her to answer questions while he was on vacation. She has received a copy of her paperwork from the purchase, and in fact, I believe that we have mailed this twice. She will receive the information needed to register the vehicle, once her loan and the due diligence has occurred by her lender by them sending us the funds for the purchase of the vehicle. Once that occurs, we will go about our process of getting the title out to her so that she will have what is needed in order to register and plate the vehicle. At one point recently, the State of Ohio had customers receiving a 90 day tag (due to covid issues), but that is no longer occurring. This could have been the confusion at that time in what you were being told. We are appreciative of the fact that you "love your car," and we realize that our customers are anxious to get everything finalized with their purchase, but we must comply with the laws/regulations/procedures in place as indicated above in order to do so. We are as anxious as the customer is to get her purchase completed, as timely as possible, based on the above. Thanks!

We are always willing to assist our customers, but in this instance, the customer’s vehicle was here, abandoned for almost 4 months on our lot, because she refused to pay her service bill. The issue she had with her vehicle, after sitting here for a number of months, was not related to the repairs we had done on the vehicle. Even though that was the case, we still went ahead and did the repair, at our expense, not hers. The customer no longer has the free lifetime powertrain protection on their vehicle, due to voiding it out for non-compliance, not complying with the terms/conditions of the coverage/policy. The customer also neglects to mention that they behaved inappropriately and abusively towards multiple staff members, and because of this aspect, we have asked them not to return to our facility in the future, due to this type of behavior, of which we don’t condone/nor want to expose staff members or customers on site to as well. Additionally, and as a measure of customer goodwill, we did not charge her storage/parking fees for the almost 4 months that the vehicle was abandoned on our lot as well, which would have been a substantial amount.

The vehicle most certainly did not sit for four months might I add and how does a oil tube not consist with the work that was performed when an oil change was done? So why would I be charged for that please explain? And the abuse is towards me with the high charges you charged me to fix a newer car and the way your staff talked to me was the rebuttal you got back from me! And please explain how I have voided my power train lifetime warranty better yet why not call me? Because Mcclusky is a joke that’s why! They definitely won’t call me back but will write back on here how funny is that! That’s ok I’m calling the better business bureau tomorrow!! And I had that second opinion done so you will here from my lawyer!!!
