Purchased a 2020 Silverado HD Turbodiesel 2 weeks ago. Check engine light came on so I went to get it checked at the service center. This wasn’t acceptable to me since jg was a 70,000 dollar truck and it was less than two weeks old. So I got someone else who sent the code to the diesel tech and after the tech did some digging he found an air leak and a busted seal. Definitely not safe to drive. They were going to send me home if I had not done the work of the advisor for them. Very disappointing considering I’ve bought multiple vehicles from this place and given them all that business just to be treated like that at a service visit. Will not be returning. More
I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze about 20 months ago at the Automall thru a credit repair program. I put $1500 down and walked away with a new car with no negotiation. If I questioned anything or tryed to switch color of vehicle they said it could blow the deal. I was instructed to purchase the vehicle that the sales person chose for me to test drive. Told me to make my payments on time and then come back in a year and they will be able to get me into another car. I was also promised a Gift Card to a local restaurant for $50 for driving down from Columbus. Which I never received. Also after the papers were signed and the deal was done I went to pick up my keys at the front desk. They did not have them... found out that a sales person had taken my new car and put over 50 miles on the car while he was on a person errand. The receptionist told me she tried to tell him that someone had purchased that car and not to take those keys. He indicated he be right back and disregarded her warning. They had to end up calling him, while he was at Walmart. He came back into front doors of dealership played down keys and never even apologized or showed any remorse. After over a year I tried calling back and could never get a call back even after talking to them. Eventually my boyfriend started calling for me. He spoke to a female that took my name and said she would speak to her finance manager about what was going on. She was told I would be home in an hour. Before she even spoke to me she had run my credit without approval. My boyfriend told her she had no authorization to do that without my approval and he had not given her my SS#. She said they had pulled the original deal got the social and ran it from that. When we found this out we called the general manager twice and left messages and a month later have still not received a call back. Beware of there xxxxxxto take you and your money with promises they have no intention of delivering. I ended up a Crown Kia in Columbus and the took care of me. Got me in a wonderful vehicle even though I was $12,000 upside down. I even had made all my payments in time and paid extra in most payments. More
This company here is full of xxxx!!! I purchased a vehicle on June 19, 2020 and it was delivered to me the next day in which was great, but after that they suck. I was told that I will get a tag for 9 vehicle on June 19, 2020 and it was delivered to me the next day in which was great, but after that they suck. I was told that I will get a tag for 90 days and it was not even for 60 days. Than on top of that I haven’t received any paperwork stating that I own the car or to register it. I have constantly call the sales manager along with the head person over the dealership and no answer and phones nor return voicemail, but they surely received the money from the finance company. They can come and pick up this xxxx call!!! BBB here I come with my complaint. I love the car, but hate the unprofessionalism of the dealership and employees. I will not ever refer anyone to them!!! More

Our salesman Rich, was awesome. He took great care of us. He went the extra mile in everything from showing the vehicle to holding a vehicle (the only one in the color we wanted) for us. SCAMMERS! I purchased my Jeep from this dealership 5 yrs ago and was required to get my oil changes done here I’d I wanted to keep my lifetime warranty. Twice now they’ve given my an inspection form that sa ago and was required to get my oil changes done here I’d I wanted to keep my lifetime warranty. Twice now they’ve given my an inspection form that says I need $1500 in repairs for items I JUST HAD REPLACED (break pads, rotors, etc.)! They prey on people, hoping we don’t know better. It’s bad enough that the repairs are marked up to 3x what they should be, but telling people they need repairs they don’t need is horrible! Don’t expect them to be apologetic, either. I called to speak to a number of people and the best they could do was offer to pay for the oil change I already paid for, so they basically did absolutely nothing. I will never return here for any services and I definitely won’t purchase another vehicle with this dealer. They’re icky. More

I just payed 1600 dollars worth of service for my 2016 Cruze This is the third time I have had to have my car serviced even though it’s only three years old. The turbo went out in my car so I thought I’d send it to the dealer who manufactured my car because they would do the best job. While my car was there it needed an updated oil change. So I asked them to do this as well! Well I got my car back and noticed a burning smell while driving it. I took my car straight home and my boyfriend looks at it and it has NO OIL! So I call the dealership spoke with tabitha she was great told me Sora would tow my car and they would have a rental for me in the morning to call Craig the service manager or Gary in the morning. So when I didn’t receive a call by noon I called Craig that then told they would not be giving me a rental because they don’t know that they did anything wrong so of course I was furious I hadn’t even had my car one day and somehow this is my fault there is no oil in it??? I told him I wanted a supervisor and then Gary called me. Stated he never said they wouldn’t give me a rental “but that is what Craig told me” that they just needed to see if they could fix it now or not. So he hangs up and calls me back a couple hours later and says “so we figured out that a tube that connects from the oil pan it missing so we are going to fix that and you should be good and we aren’t going to charge you for the service!” Ummm excuse me charge me for something you guys messed up I think not!! So I stated your xxxx right I won’t be charged because it was your guys mistake and how do I know I didn’t do damage to my car by driving on it with no oil?!! He then tells me nothing is wrong with my car. But how can he say that when I know there was no way they made sure my car was ok sora literally just dropped it off to them 30 minutes prior! So I told Gary I would take my car elsewhere and get a second opinion because I didn’t trust that they would tell me if something was wrong because it was their mistake! He then tells me “good and don’t ever bring your car back here again your not welcome here!” And hangs up the phone on me! Very rude and unprofessional and degrading to women like I’m an idiot and I don’t know that having no oil in your car can cause great damage! My boyfriend then picks my car up for me and Craig tells him “ your a lot nicer than your girlfriend by the way tell her to have her car serviced elsewhere she isn’t allowed to come here!” Like is this a joke? My car is still under power train warranty and if you don’t do your oil changes through McCluskey then they void it so how is that suppose to work? Just all over a horrible experience and I have bought all of my cars through Mcclusky and NEVER have been treated so bad and I WILL take my complaints to the very top of the food chain including the better business bureau if I have to because this is beyond appalling! I called and left voicemails for Tim and some women as well of corse no call back! Even though I asked to speak to Gary’s supervisor and Gary tells me he is the supervisor no one is above him!! More
