I just payed 1600 dollars worth of service for my 2016 Cruze This is the third time I have had to have my car serviced even though it’s only three years old. The turbo went out in my car so I thought I’d send it to the dealer who manufactured my car because they would do the best job. While my car was there it needed an updated oil change. So I asked them to do this as well! Well I got my car back and noticed a burning smell while driving it. I took my car straight home and my boyfriend looks at it and it has NO OIL! So I call the dealership spoke with tabitha she was great told me Sora would tow my car and they would have a rental for me in the morning to call Craig the service manager or Gary in the morning. So when I didn’t receive a call by noon I called Craig that then told they would not be giving me a rental because they don’t know that they did anything wrong so of course I was furious I hadn’t even had my car one day and somehow this is my fault there is no oil in it??? I told him I wanted a supervisor and then Gary called me. Stated he never said they wouldn’t give me a rental “but that is what Craig told me” that they just needed to see if they could fix it now or not. So he hangs up and calls me back a couple hours later and says “so we figured out that a tube that connects from the oil pan it missing so we are going to fix that and you should be good and we aren’t going to charge you for the service!” Ummm excuse me charge me for something you guys messed up I think not!! So I stated your xxxx right I won’t be charged because it was your guys mistake and how do I know I didn’t do damage to my car by driving on it with no oil?!! He then tells me nothing is wrong with my car. But how can he say that when I know there was no way they made sure my car was ok sora literally just dropped it off to them 30 minutes prior! So I told Gary I would take my car elsewhere and get a second opinion because I didn’t trust that they would tell me if something was wrong because it was their mistake! He then tells me “good and don’t ever bring your car back here again your not welcome here!” And hangs up the phone on me! Very rude and unprofessional and degrading to women like I’m an idiot and I don’t know that having no oil in your car can cause great damage! My boyfriend then picks my car up for me and Craig tells him “ your a lot nicer than your girlfriend by the way tell her to have her car serviced elsewhere she isn’t allowed to come here!” Like is this a joke? My car is still under power train warranty and if you don’t do your oil changes through McCluskey then they void it so how is that suppose to work? Just all over a horrible experience and I have bought all of my cars through Mcclusky and NEVER have been treated so bad and I WILL take my complaints to the very top of the food chain including the better business bureau if I have to because this is beyond appalling! I called and left voicemails for Tim and some women as well of corse no call back! Even though I asked to speak to Gary’s supervisor and Gary tells me he is the supervisor no one is above him!! More

Nothing but good things to say about McCluskey Chevrolet at the Kings Auto Mall. When everybody else said no, KC McCluskey and Ben Schneider worked hard on my deal and got it done. There were few obstacle at the Kings Auto Mall. When everybody else said no, KC McCluskey and Ben Schneider worked hard on my deal and got it done. There were few obstacles along the way but they all were resolved in few days. KC worked hard with the bank that bought my deal and I’m very thankful for the time and effort he put forth in getting the deal done. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. More

I drove 90 miles after being told no problem financing a used truck. Get there took short test drive then did financing and told could not do. But wanted to push a new plain truck on me. My car has now been sitting at Galbraith waiting for an estimate for work that I will be paying out of my pocket for more than 3 weeks. First, they REFUSED to give me an estimate until they saw the insurance company estimate. Well, it’s still sitting with no contact from them. My calls and emails have been avoided. Now I understand why. My insurance company tells me they are being billed $25 for each day it just sits! It makes perfect sense now. It appears they are not providing my estimate strictly so they can continue to unethically milk the insurance company! You would think that after being really good customers and spending close to 100k within the past 5.5 years that we would get REALLY great customer service. All I have to say is if McCluskey treats their REALLY good customers this badly that there is now hope for the rest of you! Run as fast as you can somewhere else! Zero stars! More

Drove it again same thing. Took it back.they kept it 4 days and put over 100 miles on it and said nothing is wrong with it. The mechanic told me it's got a problem with the lower control arm. But the owners son is now making him say otherwise. They sold us a dangerous car and claim we just don't know how to drive. They don't want to give up repair paperwork you have to fight with them to get your paperwork and then they faulsify the repairs on paper. They tell you one thing but write another. They threatened to void our warranty because I don't believe what they tell me. Don't buy from McCluskey. They are liars and crooks. I have proof. The 48 hr test drive is a lie. They just want your money not your trust. While you wait on them your doing a LEMON stand. Go else where. All evil comes with a smile More

Had I been informed of this, it I would not have purchased this car and I would have picked something else. I've been going back and forth with the dealership for almost 4 weeks. No one returns my calls, and when I finally do get someone on the phone I get nasty attitudes all around. These people need serious customer service training. i was told to call Karen Sheppard to put in a complaint but haven't heard back from her either. I went there with good faith and definitely was not rewarded. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Wish I had seen all these reviews before I went up there More

They will promise you vehicles and tell you that you have to act fast because the vehicles go fast. Once they get what they need from you, they drag their feet. The temporary plate they provided me expires today, and still have not received the title. I was told yesterday that the title work takes 2-3 WEEKS from the time the "funds are released". Which was only a WEEK ago, and THAT was because I had not had my 341 Meeting of the Creditors yet. Apparently that had to happen before the financing entity will release the funds. They don't care. I have no transportation to get to work as of tomorrow because I'm still waiting on the title in order to get my vehicle legal. And apparently I won't get that for another 2 weeks (if I'm lucky). Considering consulting an attorney. So upset and disappointed. I don't know how they sleep at night, preying on people that are already going through a stressful time (bankruptcy is NOT fun). ALSO, the pics they send you are NOT all the actual car. This car was in a sideswipe wreck, per the carfax, OK. that would have been fine, but they did not REPAIR or replace the rims that are all scratched and marked up. Also there is rear end damage that is not extremely noticeable, but it's there. AND, the tire pressure warning light just came on a few days ago, I checked the tire pressure, all tires are good, but the warning light still won't go out. No idea what's going on there. Also, the radio is now acting weird. This was just all around a BAD DECISION. More
