I have never bought a Chevy coming from a father who has retired from Ford. However, I have seen the Colorado and really liked the way that it looked over the Ranger for my daughter. Prior to coming to McCl retired from Ford. However, I have seen the Colorado and really liked the way that it looked over the Ranger for my daughter. Prior to coming to McCluskey I had went to several other dealerships. I want to say that I am very happy I came here. I had a salesman named Antoine Wilson and he was amazing. He did not pressure my wife or I. He made the experience easy and without a hassle. He made sure that he came back to us numerous times to see if he could do anything for us. AT the time of purchase we wanted a second key fob and he had placed the order. He made sure to dot the I's and cross his T's. On the day that I returned to get a fob done, I saw Antoine in the sales floor and he made sure to come over to me to see how I liked the vehicle and see if I needed anything. Some will say that this is what a salesman should do and you would be right. But, Antoine is a complete professional and I will be returning for my next purchase. As I said, I returned to get a key fob made. As I pulled into the bay I was greeted by a gentleman to see how he could help me. I explained why I was there and he took care of it right away. I explained that I didn't believe that the last oil change was reset on the dash due to a light coming on. He explained that he would look at it and if I needed a change he would take care of it or reset it. All of this is why I feel that this dealership has fully satisfied my needs and wants for my first Chevrolet purchase. Thanks again Antoine and service manager. More

However, once I got parked and found my salesman, things seemed to calm down. My salesman was Bill Stouffer who I do not see on the list of sales people. I was satisfied with the service he provided. He was very busy but in the end I would say he did a good job. He went above and beyond by helping me meet the delivery truck so I could take pictures and made arrangements for me to get my car he next day and kept me very informed. More

When we arrived I asked for the person I was directed to talk with and he was gone for the day (should have left then). We sat down with a salesman only to find out the only truck they had was sold that morning - THANKS FOR THE CALL that could have saved my wife from a wasted 100 mile round trip and cost me 4 hours of time and a half wages from turning down an overtime offer just to see nothing.... I would not buy a go cart from these people More

Worked with Tony & he was very sociable at 1st, but after the purchase of a 2019 Nissan Rogue with around 40k miles, he became the typical "Used Car Salesman" that your parents warned you about. I took it t the purchase of a 2019 Nissan Rogue with around 40k miles, he became the typical "Used Car Salesman" that your parents warned you about. I took it to get an oil change & was told by the mechanic, he doesn't believe the oil has ever been changed & the filter was the original. It took over 20 minutes just for the oil to drain out because it was pure sludge. He also told me that chances are, there's irreversible damage that's been done to the engine Now when I purchased the Rogue, I was assured by Tony that the proper maintenance was kept up with. Obviously that was a bunch of crap. The radio play's when it want's to & cuts off when it want's to. Just driving down the road the radio does whatever it want's. The brakes are worn out & need replacing And finally, the transmission has started slipping. That said, I've put less than 5k miles on it I've tried to contact Tony for over 3 weeks now & his v/mail is full & he doesn't answer. So I've left messages with reception & they tell me they have emailed him over & over to call me. Today, I left a message for Troy? I was told he was some sort of manager. So lets see if he decides to be a responsible person & calls back Nope, not a happy customer. Actually I'm extremely pissed off More
