After talking to a salesman and sales manager one evening we decided to try another dealer out. On the way the salesman called and said they lowered the price of the vehicle we were interested in by a few thousand dollars so we text him back and asked what the payments would be and he said $450 monthly so we went back and sat down to start the buying process. He then said that the price was $5000 more than he told us and the payments would be $555. I even have a text from him with quote. He said he had it mixed up with another car. Needless to say we walked out. What a scam they were trying to pull More
Advertised price for "oil change" does not include the OIL.... was overcharged. Service tech would only say, the prices went up on Jan 1st, today is Jan 31st, I signed up today, through THEIR system, and OIL.... was overcharged. Service tech would only say, the prices went up on Jan 1st, today is Jan 31st, I signed up today, through THEIR system, and was over charged. I will not be returning for service since one can NOT trust them to appropriately charge for a simple oil change and tire rotation without "hiding fees via PARTS" to almost double the quoted price. Very disappointed!!! Additionally, I was NOT asked permission to change oil filter nor "upgrade" oil type. I have a feeling this will be the stance they take in order to justify taking advantage of me. More

I won’t buy anything from there after dealing with the service department holding my truck hostage for $100 bill for diagnostic test not covered under the powertrain warranty that I did not and would have service department holding my truck hostage for $100 bill for diagnostic test not covered under the powertrain warranty that I did not and would have not authorize! Three Strikes And They Are Out!! Will NEVER Try To Buy From Them Again. Strike #1 My wife and I just moved in late November 2020. We stopped by this dealership and spoke to a guy they called "Moose" (forg From Them Again. Strike #1 My wife and I just moved in late November 2020. We stopped by this dealership and spoke to a guy they called "Moose" (forgive me forgot his first name). Told him we were looking for a truck and we were interested in either paying it all in cash or at the minimum 1/2 down of the purchase cost. Good credit score, perfect credit payment history etc... Told us he would send us a list of options in the $30,000-35,000 price range. Never got an email Never got a call, Never heard a thing. Strike #2 Right around Christmas time my wife and I drove by and saw a few vehicles in the lot that we really liked. Called and asked for the "guy they call Moose" and was told he was not in, but they would have someone call us immediately. I explained much of the same....We are looking for a truck, 30k-35k and willing to put down half or all in cash if the price is right. Never got a call back, Never heard a thing. Strike #3 Tried to put aside the last two not so great experiences and swallow my pride when I drove by about three weeks ago and saw a Chevy Silverado I absolutely loved. Was in the lot for about 20 minutes and was not approached by a single soul. Looked at my wife and said "I guess they do not want our business here" Left and went home. Fast forward a few days later drove by again, saw the same truck and just really loved the truck so (against my better judgement) decided I would call them. Called and spoke to a nice salesman named Tim. Had a good conversation and told him the same thing I had said the last 3 times "looking for a truck, this time we said we are looking for something around $30,000 and looking to put down approximately $12k-15k. Without looking at my credit score they came back with a payment that was exactly $90 more than the SAME SCENARIO and pricing I had from two other dealerships. So I offered to put down a few grand more and asked them to work with me on the price and drop the price down $1200-1500 because after researching I learned that the truck cost was significantly higher than other dealerships with the same year/model truck. Salesman told me "NOPE!! Manager will not budge" So I asked again a few days later and once again "NOPE!! Manager won't budge. Finally a few days ago I drove by saw the same exact vehicle still sitting there. Sent a text to the salesman and asked him to get with his manager and meet me halfway on the discount and I would be in too purchase it. Was told he was off that day but would get back to me the following day. Long story short NEVER heard from him again. as of a few days ago the truck still sits there (Obviously I am not the only one who thought it was over priced) Never heard from them, never brought the truck down a dollar, and never even considered dropping their ridiculous payment offer down. Answer me this.....How do you have the same price for a truck as another dealership, the same down payment offered, yet the monthly payment they offered (for a 84 month loan) was HIGHER than two other dealerships that offered 12 months less at 72 months? Obviously tried to really take advantage of me. However, the joke is on them because not only was I going to buy that truck off of them for $31,000 but my father is moving down here in 20 days and he is looking to purchase a heavy duty pick up in the $40k-55k range and he pays cash for everything he purchases. So because of their terrible customer service they have now lost two sales and approximately $85,000 in truck sales. Not to mention I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. All because they couldn't bother to consider lowering an over priced vehicle a lousy $1200-1500. Its amazing to think in these trying times with Covid and as rough as the vehicle dealerships have had things due to Covid that they could have a customer with a very good credit score, and 15k to put down and he cannot even get simple communication. Worst dealership experience I have ever encountered on all 3 occasions. I Should not have to beg someone for my business!!!!! Its a shame they actually benefit off of me having to give them a 1 star. If it was up to me it would be a -10. JUST FPR Three Strikes And They Are Out!! Will NEVER Try To Buy From Them Again. Strike #1 My wife and I just moved in late November 2020. Both vehicles were on the lot but he had customers on the lot browsing. He would make sure they werent interested in either of those vehicles and would call me back. I am still waiting. Both vehicles are still on the website. Apparently he thinks I cannot afford it or just isnt interested in selling one. If I am not worth a return call, this dealership wont be getting my cash. More
If I could give therm a less than zero rating I would for the uniquely terrible experience. I have bought many vehicles online and nothing like this ever happened. I was pre-approved with the down payment i the uniquely terrible experience. I have bought many vehicles online and nothing like this ever happened. I was pre-approved with the down payment in the bank before contacting them, paid the deposit, and waited on them to to tell me how we would do the deal. They never even got me the different rates for finance companies which I requested, but chose GM without my permission. Obviously this was probably for their own personal benefit. When their GM financing was too stringent in their requirements, the sales manager abruptly cancelled the deal and didn't even let me call my own finance company because he wanted to do it locally and use their GMAC financing on people. This sales manager cancelled the deal and tried to blame me, saying we were not on time. We were waiting on them the entire time to give us options on rates-again pre-approved with our own financing. He basically tried to talk over me and made lame excuses about the customer when he was being unethical. It isn't the first time I've met a shady, fast-talking car salesman, but after this I hope surely it's the last. They take the cake! More
