Scott Essex has always been helpful and even though I pay a little more than at a single service place to have an oil change done, it is worth it. Drew Campbell did an absolutely amazing job helping my wife and I through the purchase process. He listened to what we needed and took us right to the cars that we were interested in. He did not attempt to pressure us into buying options that we did not want. He was polite, professional, and a represented McCarthy and the Hyundai names in a positive manner. He stayed well past closing so that I could come in and look at cars after I got off work. That was very much appreciated and directly influence my decision to buy another Hyundai. We'll be replacing our Audi SUV within the next 2 years, and I will call McCarthy Hundai first and request to speak with Drew when we begin the buying process. My financial abilities were very tight but this dealership went above and beyond to help get me in the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. They never gave up trying to help and I was so impressed with how much time they were willing to spend to help me.
