The expectation that some how these details that should have been handled while we were there were left undone and again some how it is an emergency and needs to be addressed now is quite absurd. As noted earlier we , the new customer's ,were charged a fee ( $75.00 ) to enable McCarthy to process the title work on our behalf. What happened?? More

After writing it all down they wrote down a monthly dollar amount that was inaccurate and would have had me paying upwards of $1,600 more than what we agreed upon. More
