We currently have a Mercedes and This Elantra and my wife prefers to drive the Elantra. I find the car easily maneuverable and enjoy the disposition control which I like driving around in Sport mode.It may not have a beast mode but its very agile and a little zippy. I think having a few more sensors up front would be a better purchase and would recommend that to anyone who is looking at this car.. spend a little more for the tech., you won't be sorry. Good Job!
