This is the worst dealer I have ever worked with or in the top two. Ryan Foster is not an honest person and will lie to you continually. It took over two months for me to receive my registration. They overcharged me for my Registration by $600 dollars! Then when I called them out on it, they only sent me a refund of $400. They still owe me $200 dollars. The Salesman Q left Popeye's chicken handprints all over the entire car I purchased. The experience was so negative with them, after driving, 200 miles, to buy, that I already got rid of the car, after two months! They made me hate the car I bought, because of all the headaches they put me through. They ripped me off on my trade! And the FINANCE guy, after me driving 2+ hours wanted to go through this huge diatribe trying to sell me all these additionals!! Don't buy them, they are way overpriced! They knew they were ripping me off, because when I drove onto the lot everyone in there knew I was coming. It was kind of surreal. I will be turning them into the Missouri DOT. Missouri AG office. Missouri Consumer Protection Division. These people stole money from me! And they won't make any of this right! More

Bought a car from them at the beginning of January. It was a used car sold “as is” with a 30-day warranty. The car started having issues about 10 minutes after driving off the lot. We tried to schedule maintenance promptly but were screwed around with by the service department until the last week of the warranty, where we were told the car would have to be taken to another dealership for work at a time outside of the warranty window. The car became dangerous to drive 4 months after purchase. We took to the dealership to request a solution to the issue 6-months after purchase (their solution was essentially to purchase a better, more expensive car). It has now been 10 months and the car is completely inoperable. We’re currently working to see what it legal options are. Most employees are friendly (keyword: most), but the fact we could not trust their product was extremely disheartening. I liked they acknowledged me (other dealerships would only talk to my husband even though it was me purchasing the car), but even at the 6-month discussion, CarFax showed they did not give the car the full proper inspections or service to sell. We will never buy a car from them again based off this experience alone, and highly recommend either taking the time to fully inspect the car and CarFax before purchase, or going elsewhere. More
I purchased a new 2022 Santa Fe from this dealer. At the time of sale I was told this car had equipment I later discovered it did not have. He seemed nice enough and our previous vehicle (2020 Hyundai Palisade) was a good car to I went along. Big mistake Note: Salesman unreachable now. Anyone who went through all the problems we have had with this car would say we bought a lemon. But getting either the dealership or Hyundai USA to accept that is a waste of time. Here are some of the problems: Navigation is worthless. Can’t even find the dealership when asked. Once even wanted to take me to India. The blind side indicator light works some of the time, but is unreliable. I have almost been in a wreck more than once. The scariest of all is that sometimes the Collision/ braking feature turns on on the freeway when there is nothing ahead of me. Again nearly rear ended more than once. Horn only worked half the time - again very dangerous. In car wash when shifting from neutral to drive it sometimes won’t go in to gear, leaving me stuck on the end of the conveyor belt narrowly avoiding rear ending. Add to that little things like molding falling off, a banging noise under the car while in highway, a vanity mirror that is broken because they put a light switch where the mirror folds up so it broke, cargo screen that broke within the first few times of use. Need I go on? McCarthy Hyundai’s response, “Well if we can’t get it to do it for us than there is nothing we can do”. So I made video showing several times some of my complaints. It didn’t matter. The service person said they would schedule an appointment to look at these things but didn’t sound hopeful they would do anything. So I kept the appointment. They said they wouldn’t look at anything (including the fallen off molding) until I signed a paper that I would pay for their diagnostics. I replied “I’m not paying anything”. So they would not look at anything. They know my bumper to bumper warranty is about to run out. Soon they can wash their hands of me for good. I contacted Hyundai USA and they said they can’t do anything about their dealers because they are independently owned. Bottom line: They won’t fix the problems the car they sold me had, and won’t even offer me a trade. It’s all about greed and avoiding responsibility for their crappy car. So I am submitting this review to warn people that if they sell you a non- problem car everything is sunshine. But have problems with their product and they won’t stand behind you. Ironically one of their new sales jingles is “We stand behind you”. Stay away from McCarthy Hyundai. More
We requested to see a Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid. It was never shown to us. Then we asked about pricing. They tacked on a non-negotiable $1500 that we did not want.
