Customer service was horrible and vehicle having issues after 5 days. And refused to give loaner. Asked to return car because the unsafe position it put my young kids and I in but just because they wanted after 5 days. And refused to give loaner. This fusion brakes going out with my kids in the back we literally almost rear ended a stopped vehicle. When called dealership they was rude and through text messages sales guy was as well I took videos of car rolling with no brakes because they failed to check vehicle and when asked for money back they keep saying no. They careless about having kids in an unsafe vehicle. And as we speak no has given me an update about the car and have left me without transportation. Here is how they deceived me: 1) Website-advertised price of the car they sold me was $20,995. The price of the vehicle in the final paperwork was $25,658. 2) The salesperson asked me if I would finance through them if they matched the rate I'd get at my credit union. I said yes (my mistake). My credit union would have financed at 2.5%. Interest rate on the final paperwork was 5.08% and they front-loaded the total interest of a 6-year term to the amount of the loan. 3) When I went back to the loan officer's office to sign the paperwork, the representative used a computer system where you could not see what you were signing. I knew better but I signed anyway. Huge mistake. Bottom line: Do NOT purchase a vehicle from McCarthy Morse Chevrolet on Metcalf in Overland Park, KS since they use deceptive sales practices. More

The salesman did a very good job of finding a truck on the lot that filled my needs. However, the purchase included some accessories that I was told were "red listed", meaning currently unavailable with the lot that filled my needs. After, checking with the salesman several times about the parts over a period of more than a month, it was discovered the wrong part number was given on the order. Two months later, I went to the dealership to pursue heartily the completion of the deal. I was fortunate to connect with another salesman named Ethan Thomas. He grabbed the bull by the horns and long story short I had my accessories and installed in about a week. I will gladly refer business to Ethan and intend to contact him for future purchases. More
