Service center My daughter in law (whom is deaf) needed service work on her car. No one in the family was able to go with her to assist with communications. I called My daughter in law (whom is deaf) needed service work on her car. No one in the family was able to go with her to assist with communications. I called the Service Center at McCarthy Lee’s Summit and spoke with Courtney. I explained to Courtney the situation and the help we needed. Courtney met my daughter in law at the front and took care of everything perfectly. It was such a relief to have the assistance. I asked McCarty to recognize Courtney and communicate our appreciation for her helpfulness in taking care of things and for going the extra steps to ensure we were taken care of. Thank you Courtney. I went there to get my tire replaced, the tire was replaced with a different tire charge me extra for Mounting of what they quoted me.
