Service center My daughter in law (whom is deaf) needed service work on her car. No one in the family was able to go with her to assist with communications. I called the Service Center at McCarthy Lee’s Summit and spoke with Courtney. I explained to Courtney the situation and the help we needed. Courtney met my daughter in law at the front and took care of everything perfectly. It was such a relief to have the assistance. I went there to get my tire replaced, the tire was replaced with a different tire charge me extra for Mounting of what they quoted me.
