Have them do some warranty work on the rear end of my 2500 HD Duramax. They replaced the housing using all of the existing internals. Had a 2-year warranty 2500 mi. After 500 miles on the truck I started 2500 HD Duramax. They replaced the housing using all of the existing internals. Had a 2-year warranty 2500 mi. After 500 miles on the truck I started taking it back in for weird noise from the rear end. Every time they looked at it they said there's nothing wrong with it. Warranty ran out mileage ran out I put $2,600 mi on the rear end they rebuilt when I had to rebuild it again. Worthless customer service talk to the service manager he just said well so sorry so sad. Okay that was a year and a half ago today I took my work van in to get an alignment which cost me $115 of them doing nothing. Reason for not doing the alignment they could not get the bolts loose. Pathetic I didn't realize I was going to have to pre loosen every bolt they were going to have to touch before I took it into the dealership for them to do an alignment. I am done totally forever I will never go to another McCarthy Auto group ever again no matter what brand. If I ran my business that way I'd be in the poor house. There is no customer service there is no standing behind what you do anymore All there is is take what you can when you can get it. More

Went into McCarthy Chevrolet Lee's Summit on 12. 30.23 I was going to purchase my 1st *brand new* Chevy! If you know me you know I am and have always been a Chevy girl. I had been shopping around si 30.23 I was going to purchase my 1st *brand new* Chevy! If you know me you know I am and have always been a Chevy girl. I had been shopping around since October, I had been treated so poorly at the different dealerships I had been to and therefore had not made a purchase. Now I realize that it is *NORMAL* for a woman car shopping alone to endure double talk, misinformation, etc, and this is unfortunate, unfair and tiring. I spoke with a Lady over the phone at McCarthy Chevrolet Lee's Summit named Janise who told me to come on in she was kind. I came in worked with Tj Clark. Everything seemed to be ok until time to sign paperwork he informed me that I needed to hurry up as the other employees were waiting on me to be able to go home, he stated that he would explain the documents & I would sign them. When I did not comply with his request (I read before I sign) he continued to make comments about me needing to hurry. On Monday 01.02.24, I was to deliver my trade in I had explained to Tj from the start that my car was having some issues, I wasn't sure what the issue was nor was I sure I could drive it in. I stopped in on Mon. told him I wasn't sure if my car would make it to the dealership asked if it was possible for them to come p/u he firmly stated that this was my responsiblity & that my deal was contiginent on me driving my car in. I reminded him that I had made no secret of my cars condition. I went home and attempted to bring the car init did not seem as though it would make it and as a single woman I was not going to be stranded. I went back informed Tj of the situation. This is when he began to get angry and aggressive with me, he kept telling me that it is MY responsibility to get the car to them. He told me that they would probably cancel the deal and take the new car that I had already purchased back from me. At some point he was raising his voice at me, he verbally attacked me because of my religion and told me that I had no integrity, he even stood over me in an intimidating stance while arguing with me in a raised voice. At this point I was very intimidated I called a family friend who is also a KC Policeman I had him on speaker phone so he could hear how I was being spoken to, during this time TJ told me that a tow truck was on its way to my address & that I needed to get over there with the car keys, I informed him that I was not going to do this that the tow truck driver would be able to get the car without the keys,Tj told me this was not possible. My family friend then spoke up and informed Tj that this was unfair treatment and that he was trying to railroad me, that as a cop he knew that Tj was was being untruthful about the tow. Tj informed him that he didnt care who he was I needed to take the keys over. I was very nervous and uncomfortable at this point I asked him to have the GM come over and speak with me he ignored my request, Instead Tj told me to get away from his desk and go sit over there at a table by the window as he was no longer willing to work with me. While standing there I thought I was waiting for the GM to come over as I had asked another employee to have him come speak to me While standing there thinkg I was waiting for the GM to come over as I had asked another employee to have him come speak to me. At some point a gentleman whom I beleive was a sales manager (Josh) came over and told me that they would tow the car and get the new car detailed so that I could go ahead about me day. I had been there for about 2hrs. I waited to post this to give the General Manager time to contact me as i had been informed that he would be informed of the situation. It has been 15 days since this situation occured which I think is a reasonable amount of time for there to have been some sort of communication. This situation was embarrasing, intimidating & unneccesary, there is never a reason for a grown man in a professional position to behave the way he did More

My buying experience was great Charles Trumps was a great salesman. Seven months later I traded in my truck and wanted to get a refund on the balance of my extended warranty and that is where the wheels came salesman. Seven months later I traded in my truck and wanted to get a refund on the balance of my extended warranty and that is where the wheels came off. Let me start with saying I live about 1.5 hours from the dealership. I called and left 4-5 messages for Ryan Viscomi the finance manager to call me back. After I didn't get any call backs I decided to drive to the dealership to get it done. When I arrived at the dealership I spoke with Charles and he told me that Ryan was on a call and it shouldn't be more than 10 minutes. After waiting more than 20 minutes he walked out of his office past me and went out to the parking lot and traded vehicles with what I can only assume was his wife based on the interaction. Once I finally had a chance to speak with him I mentioned the phone calls and all I got was we prefer to do this in person. When I was told by Charles and the operator it could have been handled over the phone. No sorries just down to the point I handed him my paperwork signed one piece of paper and I was gone this all could have been handled via the Internet with a scanner. I have purchased over 30 vehicles for my family over the last 10 years. This will be my last with McCarthy if he is still employed. More
