1 month I brought my 2010 terrain there to have a transmission replaced. They replace the transmission when I got home it was leaking oil I brought it back ti I brought my 2010 terrain there to have a transmission replaced. They replace the transmission when I got home it was leaking oil I brought it back till three or four days got it back it leaked oil again brought it back he said it was fixed took it home and leaked oil after the fourth time they finally decide to really look at it and they found a seal was bad. It took a month to get this done that is not good or acceptable More

Lots of promises with no follow-up I recently purchased a vehicle from Brad at McCarthy and thought I had a great experience..until it got down to the details. First and foremost when I I recently purchased a vehicle from Brad at McCarthy and thought I had a great experience..until it got down to the details. First and foremost when I finished purchasing my vehicle and was given the keys the vehicle was completely out of gas. This was the first clue that my experience was not as pleasant as I thought and more importantly my salesman was not performing his job. I purchased a slightly used 2019 vehicle - there were a couple small areas needing cosmetic repairs and we agreed those repairs would be made as part of my purchase. I was promised by Brad that he would “be in touch” and we would get something scheduled ASAP. Fast forward a month and many ignored phone calls and voicemails later, I finally reached out to the sales manager. After getting management involved the repair was scheduled within a couple days and looked great. Overall, would not recommend - the issue I had might be specific to the salesman I worked with, however the whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth. There’s plenty of dealerships, take your business elsewhere. More
Bad experience My salesman left me sitting for 2 hours before he decided to get me a car to use till mine came in. After 2 days of waiting I finally get a car very disappointing More
