My fiancé took his car there in January to get repairs due to him hitting a deer It car repaired at mccarthy Chevy in lees summit is the place to go! My fiancé took his car there in January to get repairs due to him hitting a deer It took them until March to finish all repairs and the day we are scheduled to go pick up our car. We got a phone call saying one of their employees has wrecked our vehicle taking it to the gas station they told me he was taking it to get detailed when the accident happened but the police report says otherwise he ended up getting a ticket for reckless driving and ended up putting $9000 in damages to the vehicle. We were nice and understanding at first because they promised they were going to return our car to the way it was prior. Then in June, they finally called us because they had finished the repairs on our car when we go to pick it up we realize they never fully fixed the front bumper They just did a xxxxty paint job on it. They also returned it with no working AC, even though when we contacted the insurance company, they said they sent them three supplement checks due to the AC not working so why would they keep asking for more money from the insurance company when they still returned it with no working AC is beyond me! I will never allow any of my friends or family to go to this dealership for anything and I will be telling everyone I can how they don't give a **** about their customers and they clearly don't have good, judge in character on the employees they hire More
