After I was approved and stated I would be traveling the next day, they sold the vehicle to an online buyer and never let me know. I understand that it is first come first serve in the auto business but why continue the buying process with one customer when it is already in progress with another. It is very frustrating and bad business practice when a customer is expecting a call back regarding the vehicle in a time sensitive manner and never receives a call back. More
