I have never had an experience like the one a few days ago. Josh Westfall responded to an online inquiry of mine and after talking for a bit we determined that they did not have the vehicle I wanted and ago. Unlike everyone else out there, after we hung up, Josh did a search in his system for any other dealers that might have the vehicle I want. This is something I would not have been able to do. He then sent me a number of listings that were great options. He did not need to do this and already knew there was no direct benefit for him as I was not buying from this dealership but he did it because he wanted to. I wish they had the vehicle I was interested in so I could go there and give them the business for their incredible professionalism. Thank you Josh! More

Sent an online Inquiry and Josh Westfall answered right away. Him and his manager tried to make a deal but fell short. I give them a chance to make a deal and their finance manager starts shooting my credit all around. When I saw 3 inquiries I called Mark and told him if its a dead deal please stop, but he told me lets see what his finance director has up her sleeve. Well more hits to my credit was the answer. Also I did put please dont shotgun my credit on the application. Also they have a 2500.00 bump on paperwork.Be careful if you deal with Mark Lopez and the finance director. More
