This is significant as we live in Riverview, and could take our Hyundai to one of two other dealers that are closer to our home than Wesley Chapel is. Why? Because the service department and facilities at H of W C are a cut above the rest. From the moment you arrive to the time your car is ready, the team (with people such as Patrick Meagher) treat you with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The facility is always clean, and provide the appropriate amenities (such as wi-fi) to make the visit pleasurable. Well, as much as I loved our Sonata, the V-6 was hitting us in the wallet with the low gas mileage; the power and comfort were no longer enough. While we weren't completely committed to buying a new car, we wanted to at least check out the Elantra to see how the ride was. Based on our past experience with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, I reached out to Patrick to see if he could recommend a sales consultant who would arrange a test drive for us. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Michael Hammond (sales consultant). He was friendly and professional, I explained that we were not ready to buy and wanted to at least see if we liked the Elantra. If we did, we might be back after doing more research and numbers crunching. He understood where we were at, and dealt with us with no pressure whatsoever. We arrived at Noon today and he greeted us warmly; and, because he was working with another customer, and didn't want us to wait, he introduced us to one of his teammates (Alex Lourenco). What impressed me was that Michael clearly valued our time, and his other customer; he could have easily made us wait while he took care of his other customer. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable, sharing info on the Elantra that we weren't aware of. Once we completed the test drive, we sat down to get an idea of how much our Sonata was worth and the cost of the Elantra. At no time did we feel pressured by Alex, Mike or Ron Maiden (the general sales manager). We sincerely felt that we weren't in a position to afford the Elantra; yet, Ron was willing to listen to our concerns and make an effort to help us make it work. I dealt with general managers and sales managers at other dealers over the past 20+ years, and Ron was one of the most sincere and professional individuals I have ever met. While I can honestly say that I hate buying cars, I can also say that Ron and his team made the experience as easy as can be expected. We are very happy with how we were treated and the deal that was reached. Again, we could have gone to two other Hyundai dealers that were closer to us, but Hyundai of Wesley Chapel made it well worth the drive; as validated by other reviews you will read. I urge you to drive an extra 30 to 40 minutes to see Ron and his team, I am confident you will not be disappointed. More
Took in a car that was acting erroneous. Hoping to just get repairs and be on the way. Found out it was a bit more critical than I thought. Ended up leaving in a new 2012 Mazda3. Extremely helpful, he seemed like a real person, not just a salesman, and genuinely wanted to help. It was a stressful time, with the situation I was in. He helped immensely. A definite recommendation. If you're even considering a Mazda, this is a good place to go. Thanks guys! More

We were very impressed with our experience today with the internet salesperson, Kelly Plumer and the credit manager, Brad. We would highly recommend this dealership. More
From the moment I entered the dealership - the service was professional all the way. I was greeting without the normal pressure of the dreaded car sales person. Both Kelly and Mike listened to my reques was professional all the way. I was greeting without the normal pressure of the dreaded car sales person. Both Kelly and Mike listened to my requests. Walked me about the showroom and offered full details of all the vehicles I looked at. Upon, returning the next day - Kelly treated me as if I was family. Nathan - also introduced himself and worked magic on the financial structure. I purchased a vehicle because I was comfortable with the company. And, last but not least Chris was a dream. A financial person who spoke in clear terms and made it go super smooth. Will be back again and again, and will send everyone I know to at least look at a Masda, not just a Madza - but a from Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Thank you for great professional service, loved my experience -Mary V. Rodriguez More
I was extremely satisfied with my new purchase of a 2011 CX-7. From the salesman being educated with the vehicle and very supportive in my concerns and interests. As well as, the sale manager coming out t CX-7. From the salesman being educated with the vehicle and very supportive in my concerns and interests. As well as, the sale manager coming out to greet me and make me feel like I was the only one that mattered. He was very patient with me in regards to how much I could afford and particulary responsive to my needs being met. And then to conclude in financing with a very patient consultant that allowed me to read and understand everything I was signing. I would definately purchase another vehicle from Mazda Wesley Chapel. A+ for customer service! More
Kelly and company were just wonderful to work with. The entire process of buying a new car, which is normally agonizing, was a pleasure with them. After the "deal was done" and we had come back to pick up entire process of buying a new car, which is normally agonizing, was a pleasure with them. After the "deal was done" and we had come back to pick up the car, Kelly spent another hour plus going over everything about the vehicle and all of the CX-9's great features. She even paired our phones up to the vehicles Bluetooth and even but my hubby's number in the car's phone book for me. Kelly even made it a point to take and introduce me to the guys in the service department. Both my husband and I truly appreciated all of their hardwork and efforts to make us feel "special and valued". More

I recently went to look for a new Mazda in Wesley Chapel. When getting to the dealership I was welcomed in by Kelly with a smile and friendly attitude. I had a Mazda 6 I was looking to trade in, and just wanted to see where I stood in price if I were to purchase a new vehicle. Kelly had asked what kinda numbers I was looking at for a monthly payment and what features I was looking for. After being there for several hours discussing different models I found that I would have to have a co-signer. So the next day I had gone back with a co-signer with great credit and after re submitting the credit papers I was told that I could finance a new loaded Mazda 3 with 500$ down and a 4% interest rate with fairly low payments. I was sold at the time and picked out my car. The next day I had gone in to sign the paper work and get the car, after getting there nothing was ready and the finance dept was so unorganized I wound up being there for about 4 hours waiting for all the paper work to print. After all said and done I left that night with the car and a contract financing a 2011 Mazda 3. I thought everything was all set until I got a phone call the next day saying they had good news for me and I had to go in. When I had gone back I was told that I couldn't finance the car, that the bank would only let me lease. I had doughts about leasing so they had Ron (the manager) come talk to me about the good of leasing. I thought it was very unprofessional to let a customer sign a contract and leave with a car just to call them back the next day and say if u don't lease then we are gonna need 4k or we need the car back. Well I didn't have the 4k on hand and I had fallin in love with the car and didn't want to give it up, so after having to throw the other contract away and wait another 3 hours for a new contract I am now in a 42 month lease agreement. My sales accociate Kelly was great, friendly, and had a lot of knowledge about Mazdas, the rest of the dealership( financing, Managment) was very unorganized and unprofessional. But I do like my car!
