Mario Rosado Last night, my son, Tyler Mattera and I dropped by to check out a car that Tyler was interested in. This was Tyler’s first car buying experience. Last night, my son, Tyler Mattera and I dropped by to check out a car that Tyler was interested in. This was Tyler’s first car buying experience. Tyler had called ahead and spoken to Mario Rosado, who happened to be the first person we encountered upon arriving. He greeted Tyler with a genuine smile that never faded throughout out visit. He was extremely competent, very honest and made Tyler feel very comfortable. He treated us both with respect and showed an earnest desire to help Tyler achieve his goal. Three hours later, well past your closing, Tyler drove his new car home … all because of Mario Rosado. We just wanted you to know how important Mario was to the both of us and how very thankful we were to have him as our salesman. I was treated with respect. I was not hounded to death, and all of my questions were answered. Daniel Bulluck did an excellent job in providing valuable information about the car (Pros/Cons/Options). Daniel was warm, friendly, calm and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me understand all the electronics in the Elantra and helped me set up the phone, etc. (did I mention that I switched cars overnight yet, his disposition never change. His main focus was to get me the right car for me). He showed me some great features on my new car, and even set up the Bluetooth for me, TWICE. His follow up has been excellent as well. I would highly recommend Daniel and this dealership!! When I need to replace my current Hyundai, I already know where to go and purchase another Hyundai. I have to add that the financial guru I worked with and Daniel’s manager were just great, they worked together to get me a great deal. Thank you guys! Failure to take responsibility I purchased a tire warranty from Wesley Chapel Hyundai on 4/20/13 for my 2011 Santa Fe which I have since traded in on a newer model. I asked the dea I purchased a tire warranty from Wesley Chapel Hyundai on 4/20/13 for my 2011 Santa Fe which I have since traded in on a newer model. I asked the dealership to cancel the warranty on the 2011 Santa Fe back in March 2014 and filled out all the appropriate paperwork with the vehicle’s VIN number, year, make, model, etc. After months and months of back and forth, and having to go through numerous people at the dealership, they finally cancelled the tire warranty. Well, a few months back when my husband got a flat tire on his 2013 Elantra, I found out that Wesley Chapel Hyundai had erroneously cancelled the tire warranty on the WRONG car! They cancelled the tire warranty on my husband's car NOT the tire warranty on the 2011 Santa Fe. So because we had the car towed to a Hyundai dealership assuming we still had a tire warranty, we had to pay a high dollar price for a new tire, which we never would have done had we known they cancelled our warranty. After months and months of back and forth, ignored phone calls, being given the run around, and Wesley Chapel Hyundai refusing to take responsibility for their actions, Scott in the finance department finally admitted that on 4/20/13 Wesley Chapel Hyundai took our money to purchase a tire warranty for our 2011 Santa Fe, but never established the plan and they have been holding onto our money for over two and a half years. I finally received the refund for the never established tire warranty two weeks ago, without an apology - mind you. But despite my repeated attempts, Wesley Chapel Hyundai will not refund me the money on the replacement tire we had to purchase for my husband’s car, and Scott once again will not return my phone calls, and Wesley Chapel Hyundai refuses to take responsibility for cancelling my husband’s tire warranty erroneously. More

I did check a few other dealers for pricing, and Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel had the best price, so I decided to give them a try. Not only was Karla Cash friendly and helpful, she made sure that I felt at ease. She called me in the afternoon to give me a status update on the car, and the car was finished when she said it would be. She introduced me to Richey Huber who performed the work on the car. Preying on the unsuspecting and lying to your face To be clear, this was a horrible experience for my daughter and me. I came along to ensure that her hard earned money for the past two years was not stolen from her. It was very fortunate that I did. I had all of the research and made a fair offer after inspecting the vehicle. The front line sales person was fine, but we all know that the manager controls the deal on price. They insisted on over FOUR thousand over what the vehicle was worth. We offered an extra thousand over value, but they were rude and caused a scene. The sale price was NOT honored, claiming that the collision was the reason, although the original price was on the same car with their knowledge of the collision history.....HUH? The car had a pretty severe rear end collision and therefore a bad carfax bring the actual resale value down 2K. The inspection revealed that the wobble we felt was NOT tire pressure, but actually THREE well bent RIMS that caused the air pressure to slowly leak out. The drivers mirror had been knocked off the car and was poorly repaired with paint and body work needed. The kicker was that they claimed that they knew nothing about the broken rims. LOL, they put the new tires on the car and TRIED to balance them. DISHONEST AND LIARS......Old school tactics in a consumer driven world. Buyer Beware. JM1NC26F980155789 More

The Sales I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Accent from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Here are some of my thoughts and opinions: 1. The Salesman, John Demarco : Great person to work with. He was friendly, straightforward, reasonable, knowledgeable, and honest. He’s a good guy – I absolutely recommend him. 2. The Dealership in General: The cars we wanted to see were stored on an adjacent, unpaved lot. It was all grass. The ground was wet and muddy. It really seemed like a third-rate used car outfit. Our salesman did the best he could to brighten up the experience and make it as convenient as possible. But it was a weird area to look at cars, especially with my son and fiance tagging along. 3.The Finance Guy: He added extras into the sales contract without talking to me about it, and then told me to sign. His explanations about certain fees were vague and condescending. He shredded and reprinted the contract three times before he produced a version that reflected the deal John and I constructed earlier. As a side note, I want to mention the Service Department. I own a second car – a 2009 Hyundai Elantra. I bring the Elantra into the service department from time to time. These guys are excellent. I have nothing but positive feedback for the service department. They’re quick and reasonably priced – even for the bigger jobs. Every single person in the service department is extremely friendly and respectful. More
Amazing Experience I had been researching Hyundais for a couple of years...when I was ready to buy I contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai via email about a Sonata. They were I had been researching Hyundais for a couple of years...when I was ready to buy I contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai via email about a Sonata. They were very quick to respond. Jason Marrero was knowledgeable and accommodating. My work schedule is difficult at best and Jason worked around my schedule. In fact, we did most Q & A via email. When I finally had time to visit the dealership, he set up an appointment to test drive. They inspected my trade while I test drove the Sonata (I drove 3) and by the time we were finished, they had my trade offer ready. Negotiations were pleasant (crazy huh?) and within an hour, we all settled on a price that was fair to both parties. As a consumer, it's important to research your purchase AND the process of new car buying. I went in understanding some of the finer points of the car buying/selling experience. As a result, I didn't have the mind set of being defensive and taken advantage. They gave me a very good trade offer and a fair price on the Sonata I wanted. From start to finish, I was at the dealership about 3 hours (from test drive to drive away). Thank you to Jason, Chris, Jasmine and the "Badger" for the pleasant experience :) More
