After diving three different models, we settled on a 2015 Subaru Outback on an incredible price. After some negotiating I was able to get the price I was seeking on my trade in as well. The entire dealership went out of their way to make us feel valued and listened to every concern we had. I would recommend Eric and his manager, Brandon time and time again. Not a great internet experience Lured to dealer by internet price $2000 less than MSRP. Was quoted a sight unseen value for trade via e mail. Thought that could go higher when they saw it was in good shape. Dealer obtained car from another that more closely matched preference. Took a trip to make the deal; HOWEVER, they treated it like a done deal that they could maneuver any way they wanted. Started by clipping the trade value $1000 lower than the sight unseen offer. (Said they thought it was another model; a real crock since they were dealing with the VIN # indicating model and all the equipment... if they can't decipher a VIN # they shouldn't be in the car business). Another dealer quoted $3500 higher for the trade, and even if they stuck to full MSRP, would have been a better deal by $1500. I would have walked away but wife didn't want to wait so we stayed. Advise you be sure to get another quote on trade before you hear their low offer. K. Nyland More
