I was contacted quickly by Steven Darchiville and I gave him the specific color and model of Forester that I was looking for. They found what I was looking for and had it for me within a couple days! Everything was done via email and a few quick phone calls. Once I showed up, I signed a few papers, had the demo/drive with my new Forester, and I was on my way. Very friendly and efficient dealership, no pressure, and this was the best buying experience. Thank you Steven and Mike! More
No Pressure, No Hassle Experience I came to Vic Bailey Mazda through the Costco Auto Program. I was interested test driving a Mazda 6 and because Costco does not have a local warehouse I came to Vic Bailey Mazda through the Costco Auto Program. I was interested test driving a Mazda 6 and because Costco does not have a local warehouse in my city, I drove all the way up to Spartanburg from Columbia (about 1 ½ drive one-way). Eric Paccione had sent me information through e-mail and all I needed to do was test drive the car to make sure it fit my needs. Eric was ever the professional. His no pressure, no hassle approach let the car sell itself. I loved everything about the Mazda 6, except the comfort of the driver's seat. I found the side "wings" on the seat to be too confining for my taste and comfort. I am a larger individual and unfortunately the seat is very narrow and made for a smaller individual. When I expressed this to Eric, it did not change his no pressure, no hassle approach. He was genuinely concerned that the car be the right fit and comfort for me. In the end, I purchased a car from a different dealer that was slightly more expensive, and probably slightly lower quality than the Mazda. This of course was not Eric's fault. It was a pleasure to work with a sales rep who was not high pressure. If the car had been more comfortable, I would have purchased it from Eric and I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone interested in buying a Mazda or a Subaru in the Spartanburg area. James R. Great no pressure buying experience Like some others , this was my first new car buying experience. Originally was contacted through the Costco Auto saving's program. Steven Darchiville Like some others , this was my first new car buying experience. Originally was contacted through the Costco Auto saving's program. Steven Darchiville contacted me by phone inquiring what model I was interested in. From then on, had numerous email exchanges about the 2015 WRX. Through it all, there was no pressure. just respectfully providing the information and waiting for me to decide and move things forward. Ended up purchasing the vehicle after some great legwork by Steven to obtain the model I wanted from another dealership, otherwise I would have had to wait 8-10 weeks for a custom order. To top it off, it had all the options I was looking for and what it did not, they added. The same no pressure atmosphere was present in talking with their Finance associate Mike Bell. Presented the options for extended warranties and coverage and let us decide what we wanted. Overall a great team at Vic Bailey Subaru. I did not rate Quality of work as I have not had an service/maintenance work done. But if the people I have met so far are any indication, I believe the great experience will continue. More

We went all the way to Easley and purchased our brand new 2015 Mazda CX-5 from McKinney Mazda that same night. Vic Bailey did not want to assist us in finding a car because they were "about to close" and McKinney Mazda stayed 40min after hours to help us buy our SUV. Disappointing customer service at Vic Bailey. More

Exceptional I traded my 2008 Outback for the new 2015 model and must say first that I got a lot more car with better safety features as well as "infotainment" for I traded my 2008 Outback for the new 2015 model and must say first that I got a lot more car with better safety features as well as "infotainment" for the same sticker price that was on the 2008 model. Kudos to Subaru. This is the third Outback I have purchased from Vic Bailey, and it was a perfectly delightful experience. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel at home, no hassle with trading, and my salesman, Drew was knowledgeable and just plain fun to work with. I did comparative shopping online, and Vic Bailey matched the lowest quoted price, plus gave me more for my trade in value than the other dealers offered. More

I decided t Recently I was in the market for a Mini Cooper. I scoured Craigslist and eBay, and found some great vehicles... Thousands of miles away. I decided to look closer to home, and stumbled on a used Mini Cooper on the lot through the website. Unfortunately, as with most folks, my time was especially valuable this week, so I did not have much of a chance to deal with purchasing a car. I filled out a form on the website and Eric Paccione responded to it. We emailed back and forth several times about the vehicle and the price. It was a quite pleasant experience. Eric gave me precisely the information I needed and he hashed out the price quickly and professionally. He made me feel as though I was the only customer in his world. I had a one hour break from meetings, so I decided to head down and meet Eric and see the car. He had the car pulled right up by the door and had the keys and temporary license plate in his hands when he met me. He was the picture of efficiency. We went on a brief test drive, and I decided the car would fit the bill just fine for me. Because Eric understood my need for a speedy visit, by the time I walked in with my insurance documents and check book, Eric already had the paperwork printed and ready for me to sign. Ten minutes later I was completing the paperwork and writing a check, and I was done. All within one hour. And the story does not end there... I did not have an easy way to get the vehicle home. Eric actually followed me home to deliver the car TO MY HOUSE! I thought the kind of customer service that Eric Paccione displayed was long lost from this world. Whether the thanks lies on the Vic Bailey dealership for their training or Eric Paccione for his innate outstanding customer service skills, I am truly floored by my experience today and will give your dealership my highest recommendation for anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More

I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the dealership is in Spartanburg, SC, which typically would make things a bit difficult. However, Eric went out of his way to provide me with the positive and negative details of the vehicle, which in the end was the determining factor in purchasing the car. Everyone would like to tell you that the car is perfect, but every used vehicle has some issue. Eric also sent me numerous photo's over several days to verify the condition of the vehicle. At any rate, we worked out a deal and I purchased the vehicle. I bought a one way airline ticket to Charlotte where Eric met me with the car (An hour drive for him in each direction) and I headed back to Pittsburgh the same day and was back in time for dinner (468 Miles). Satisfied!!! More
