Terrible Service It's currently 3am and I cannot sleep. This location has been my now worse experience EVER!!! I dropped my car off at this location Thursday night jus It's currently 3am and I cannot sleep. This location has been my now worse experience EVER!!! I dropped my car off at this location Thursday night just to discover my car abandoned on Friday afternoon. Drove 21 miles to Mazda of South Charlotte to find my car sitting outside in the parking lot unattended. I arrived a little before 6pm the closing time and the doors were already locked! Are you kidding me? MY CAR WAS LEFT UNLOCKED AND RUNNING UPON MY ARRIVAL WITHOUT A SINGLE SERVICE ADVISOR IN SITE!!!! OMG!! NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY FOR PICK UP! I JUST DECIDED TO RIDE HERE TO WAIT ON MY CAR AND THIS IS MY RESULTS! MY CAR WAS LOW ON GAS FOR WHATEVER REASON AND HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG!!! I am glad I left home when I did . This has me pissed!!! I called customer service and explained the situation while I was there and that Rep could NOT believe what has happened. My car is NOT fixed as I requested and is currently sounding like a truck??!?! That is not how I took it in. Now there are more problems! I moved my car into a parking space and I'm hearing loud noises from my car that were NOT there before..I left the car and took my keys. this is a PROBLEM and UNACCEPTABLE!! I need answers More

I did not purchase my Mazda CX-9 in Charlotte, but live here now. I visited the dealership recently for my first service and had an exceptional experience. Billy, the Service Manager, was amazing. Every here now. I visited the dealership recently for my first service and had an exceptional experience. Billy, the Service Manager, was amazing. Everything was effortless. I did not even have an appointment and the oil change and tire rotation were completed in 35 minutes. I would absolutely recommend the service department. More
