I received a coupon in the mail for a “complimentary oil change”. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment at the dealership, and when I brought my car in I expected to be bombarded with things my car needed change”. I appreciate that they just changed my oil and filter, and also rotated my tires. They also inspected tires, battery, belts, fluids, brakes, and AC system, and did not try to upsell me an anything. All of this was done…for free! More

A Wonderful Dealership Experience! I recently leased a new CX-5 from Mazda of South Charlotte and it was a great experience. My old lease was nearing an end, so I stopped at the dea I recently leased a new CX-5 from Mazda of South Charlotte and it was a great experience. My old lease was nearing an end, so I stopped at the dealership while I was in Charlotte for work. Truthfully, I had no plans to lease that day, but just wanted to see what they had on the lot and inquire about pricing. I had already been to several dealers, including two in my local area. All of them had given me sticker shock as my old lease was very low/great. These three previous dealerships gave me high lease quotes and didn’t budge down much. Moe Bedwan was my salesperson and listened to my situation, took me on a test drive in a vehicle similar to my previous CX-5, and was never aggressive in his sales approach. We talked numbers, and their first numbers were slightly lower than the other dealerships, but still higher than I was comfortable paying. Moe worked with his team to come back to me with a lease that was in my ballpark. Thus, two hours after pulling into the dealership, I was in a new CX-5 Carbon Edition. I highly recommend talking to Moe and Mazda of South Charlotte if you are looking for a new Mazda. Btw, This is my 4th CX-5 , they are great vehicles! More
