We contacted Mazda of South Charlotte for a used car they listed online. An appointment was scheduled to test drive the next day. We were only able to see it. During the walk around we were told the car had already been serviced and it is in GREAT shape. The salesman had an airpod in his ear the whole time so I had to keep repeating my comments and questions. When even your 20 year old complained about the airpod unprompted on the drive home, you know that was super rude and showed no respect to us. The salesperson mentioned that the "manager" was considering the car for his kid--pressure? Not sure. After reaching out to them the following morning to check on the status they suddenly had a key and we scheduled a test drive the following day. The day before the test drive, we received a text indicating it went BACK to service and a tech found something SO BAD that they were sending it to auction and it was no longer available--confused we were told it was in GREAT SHAPE. The sales person mentioned he would see what else was on the lot. We said NO THANK YOU as it seemed fishy from the start. More

cannot review at this time because we have not received all the paperwork, (finance paperwork or bill of sale). We do have to go back to have an appearance package installed, so hopefully will get the pape all the paperwork, (finance paperwork or bill of sale).
