Bad customer service I went into buy my car and they were good with numbers and accommodating. The great customer service ended as soon as I drove off. Complete lack of transparency This dealership represents all that is wrong with the car buying and customer experience. Yes, the facilities are very impressive. But understand, y This dealership represents all that is wrong with the car buying and customer experience. Yes, the facilities are very impressive. But understand, you pay for all of this. Make sure you evaluate the Car Buyers and Purchase Option Contract when you sit with the Finance Manager. They "bury" the "administrative fee" which is never disclosed during the negotiation process. Make sure that the numbers represent what was negotiated. They play games with the numbers. Just had my oil changed today as consistent with the maintenance schedule. The service adviser assured me that the coupon that I presented was included in the invoice price. Upon further scrutiny, I discovered that it was not. In summary, you will experience lots of smiles at this dealership, but it is a "snake pit." All I can say is, "watch your wallet" if you choose to do business here. More
I ended up buying from another dealership Had a great test drive. Got to feel out the car and it really helped with my buying decision. Then came the negotiations. It was just one would expect from a "Car Salesman" Opening bid was too high. Trade offer too low. I didn't have time nor the inclination to do the kind of negotiation it would take to get this car to a reasonable price at the time I was at the dealership. I had to ask to leave several times before I got my keys back. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I went and drove a competitor because I wanted a reason to not do business here. The follow up communication was all about getting me back into the dealership. They didn't need me there. They had seen my trade and it was just another sales tactic. Eventually I decided that the Mazda was a better fit and value for what I wanted than the competitors and I contacted other Mazda dealerships. I didn't shop their price. I didn't have to. I had three offers in minutes that were lower than anything this dealership offered me. Ended up buying from outside of town and had a tremendous low pressure buying experience from another dealer. My business was this dealerships to lose. I was inclined to shop there because it was so close to where I live. I almost didn't get the car because of this experience and I ended up driving out of my way to get the deal and experience wanted. And I'd do it again. More
Worst salesman EVER! First of all, i they didn't not make me feel comfortable at all. I met the salesman and he wouldn't let go of my head! Thing. It was discussing. I felt like I was a filet infront of lions they all starring me down. The salesman and I sit down at his desk. I tell him EXCATLY what I wanted - nav, not a white car, top saftey and the price I wanted to pay. He brings out a white carnwithout nav... Long story short. He shows me not one but TWO WHITE CARS!! then he tries to talk me into getting a white car. I told him the oy why I would be getting a white car is if you were basically giving it to me. So we go talk about numbers. Now I gave him my price earlier. He comes back. Saying I need to put dbl down and my payments would be $180 more then what I wanted. Oh I was pissed. So he brings the manager out. And thranager says that my credit is so bad that I can't do anything with it. Me knowing it's not. I said well if you cant do I thata fine I will find a place that will. Oh I was heated I go on to SUBARU OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE! THEY GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Imagine that. They told me everything I asked for was doable and guess what my credit wasn't bad at all. More
