Moe Bedwan (And Scott/Cynthia/Paul(sorry if I forgot your name) were great people who went way above and beyond in customer service/financial help/knowledge. Would highly recommend this place. They will work with you to their best ability. Long: I actually was in the market for a car for about a month and visited a few other dealerships with only a vague idea of how it works. Mazda of S. Charlotte was the first one that stood out to me for how they treated the whole process. Instead of jumping the gun and trying to force me into anything, they talked to me about differences, showed me a few cars, told me to call back when I knew what I was looking for and that they would do their best to meet those demands. That helped me figure out what I was looking for. I scheduled a test drive, and when I wasn't sure about buying that day, they let me walk away without any games. A week later I saw a deal on their website, sent a message to Scott/Moe and scheduled a meet up. Went to their office late that day, and bless them, they stayed hours after closing to help me wrap up the deal and finished everything by that night. After having a few experiences and reading even more about the trial that car buying is, I was ready for them to slip things past me as I was getting ready to sign papers, but no. Literally not a single weird fee or lie about the price. They were just selling me a car and that was all. Thanks guys, really happy with my purchase. Take Care! More

Horrible Finance Dept. I purchased GAP insurance on a vehicle, and shortly realized that after my trade-in and down payment that the GAP insurance wouldn’t do me any good. I purchased GAP insurance on a vehicle, and shortly realized that after my trade-in and down payment that the GAP insurance wouldn’t do me any good. I reached out to Mazda of South Charlotte and submitted my GAP cancellation form on 6/28. They finally issued a check to Chase Bank on 8/12. The first check never made it to Chase. Their finance department sent a $700 check via the USPS stand mail without a tracking. It’s now going on 3 weeks later, and Chase has yet to receive the check. After continued inquiries about the check, Mazda finally offered to stop payment on the first check and issue another. This time they offered a tracking number at my request, which felt like pulling teeth. Of course, they decide to send it UPS ground. This entire time, I’m paying interest on a service that was cancelled 2 months ago. Mazda NEVER once offered to pay the interest or in any form, attempt to make it right. The smallest gesture would have been appreciated. Instead, they continued to show no care or regard for the customer, their time, or their money. They treat you like an imbecile and ignore your questions over and over. Avoid this finance department. It was not pleasant working with Jacky Ochoa or Leah Fetterman. More

I had been searching for just the right car for quite some time when I found a Miata that met my expectations. Their salesman, Joenel Rodriguez, was engaging, knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and patient as we navigated through the purchasing process. A few days after my initial "look-see" and test drive, I signed on the dotted line. Joenel followed up with me after the purchase to ensure that I was satisfied with our transaction. I have enjoyed driving my Miata for about three weeks and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Joenel and the team at Mazda of South Charlotte. More
Buyer beware! I recently purchased a CPO 2016 CX-5 from South Charlotte Mazda in Pineville NC and all went well initially. I especially liked the finance guys, the I recently purchased a CPO 2016 CX-5 from South Charlotte Mazda in Pineville NC and all went well initially. I especially liked the finance guys, they made everything easy. It's the top of the line Grand Touring model so it has navigation standard except my salesman didn’t know that. As it turns out he knows hardly anything about what he’s selling. Since navigation wasn’t working when I test drove it he told me all I had to do was purchase an SD card and it would start working. Well I did that and was surprised to find that it already had a card inserted but navigation didn’t work with either card. I contacted my salesman and after about 10 emails of him giving me the run around while often contradicting himself I visited my local Mazda dealer, Gerald Jones in Augusta GA. The people at Gerald Jones Mazda couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem as being the card reader not the card. It seems the previous owner spilled something into it which South Charlotte Mazda failed to notice in their CPO 160 point inspection. To make a long story short since my CX-5 was a CPO South Charlotte Mazda should have fixed it before selling it. To compound matters my lazy, rude salesman at South Charlotte Mazda couldn't care less about me once I left the dealership. Obviously South Charlotte Mazda doesn’t care about their customers once they get their money while Gerald Jones Mazda values all customers, even those who purchased elsewhere. More
