Dealing with Mazda of South Charlotte was a total waste of my time! I was a buyer who had done my research and pricing. After a lot of emails back and forth on settling with the price, the sales manager, S of my time! I was a buyer who had done my research and pricing. After a lot of emails back and forth on settling with the price, the sales manager, Scott says he will beat the quote I have by $100. When I asked for my out the door price, he adds $100 on my price. Mind you, I've been asking for paperwork all along that I can review- but he says, there is a "process" so I go along with it. So, now he agrees that it will be $100 less than the quote I presented him with. I provide him with all necessary info - and fill out all financing info as well. I asked for the window sticker sheet of the car I am financing and lo and behold - it's not the car with the Preferred Equipment Option (a $1375 option). When I spoke to him about it, he says it's not what we spoke about. Meanwhile, from the on start of discussions, it was always with the PEQ option. And then he says, if I don't want it, he will just tear up the paper work. So, yes the deal is OFF and my time is wasted. Buyer beware - deal with them only after you have done your research! Still, they will claim that you do not have it right! Even to the end, when you think everything is squared away, look at the details because they will try to pull a fast one on you. Shame on Scott and the Mazda of South Charlotte being dragged down by such dishonest and shady behavior. More

Recently just traded in my SUV for a new cx5. Which I love. Found my new SUV online answered a few questions. Once again this dealership has failed me. I have purchased (3) cars from them! I have less than a year left on my lease. So I wanted to trade in for the new 2020 M6. With all the Covid 19 stuff goi purchased (3) cars from them! I have less than a year left on my lease. So I wanted to trade in for the new 2020 M6. With all the Covid 19 stuff going on; I turned to the internet and began the trade in process. I was contacted a lady only to be informed her sales manager "Bobby" said nows not a good to time "buy" See when the they sold me my car, i was immediately upside in it and I even put a large sum down on a lease! I have been more than loyal to this dealership,and to be treated like this is absurd.... Times are hard for everone an I wanted to do is trade in car like a normal person I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! At the end of the day they have sell cars to stay in business! They need us as customers especially in dire times that like. They have lost 3x repeat customer! Sad group of people to treat 3x loyal customer like this. Just know there are many more Mazda dealerships that would love to earn my business. More
This is my favorite Mazda dealership in Charlotte, and probably all of NC. I've had 4 Mazdas in the last 9 years, been to 4 Mazda dealerships, and without doubt had the BEST service here. Their auto servi probably all of NC. I've had 4 Mazdas in the last 9 years, been to 4 Mazda dealerships, and without doubt had the BEST service here. Their auto service is fast and thorough. The common area is nice too, filled with snacks and Starbucks machines, and tv's and a large clear glass window so you can see your car being serviced. Sarah Shepard is an awesome sales person and was very helpful in helping me find my 2020 Mazda 3 Sedan. I appreciate their professionalism and customer care. I'll definitely be back and will refer my friends here. More
