I highly discourage dealing with this place. I drove over 3 hours the next day for a 3p appointment with them. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was told the vehicle was going to be $5000 more than our agreed upon offer. Then I was informed that the vehicle was not even there even though the dealer website stated the vehicle was at their dealership. The finance manager was polite about the situation but I was appalled that they would lure me down there and not have the car and then try to get me to pay $5000 more for a future car with an unknown eta. I shopped all over North Carolina for my special Mazda, but no one could find it. I went to Mazda of South Charlotte and told Angel exactly what I wanted, down to the tiniest detail. Angel stayed in touch the next few weeks as he scoured the country. To my surprise, he called one afternoon to report he'd found my car. My wife and I rushed to Mazda of South Charlotte and fairly jumped up and down when Angel brought it out to the front door for us....the car was exactly as I had requested. Angel and Sales Manager Jesse had made up their minds to honor my request and kept their word by finding my car. We went back the next week to have some special order lug nuts installed and discovered the service department is outstanding. Service employee Joey greeted us as we drove up, welcoming us with a big grin. By the way, you can watch your vehicle through a glass enclosed waiting area as the technicians treat your vehicle with the utmost care. The service area is highly organized, and my beautiful Mazda was treated like a king. I love my car, it's by far the best I have ever owned, and I would trust no one but Mazda of South Charlotte for its service. Thank you Angel and Sales Manager Jesse for finding my dream car. If you're looking for the best dealership in North Carolina, bar none, give Mazda of South Charlotte a try...you'll love them, just as I do. More

I am rating this dealership very low as I believe they were dishonest and misleading in dealing with me. I was interested in a particular model that was supposedly at the dealership. I signed onto the chat in the evening and was told the vehicle was still available and told them I would be their the next day. The next morning I was contacted via text and told it was there and they were looking forward to meeting me that afternoon. I arrive at the dealer ship and, guess what, no vehicle there. They said it was being shipped and might be there in 3 weeks. WHAT! They claimed it was not their fault, but it's their people and their dealership. How the heck can't they know where their inventory is? They just wanted to get someone in the door and sell them a vehicle you can't see or test drive. or maybe, bait and switch. I've owned 2 Mazdas in the past and was happy with them. But never again. Beware before you deal with these people. More

Buyer Beware! Advertised prices online aren't the sales price. I drove an hour and a half for a used car listing of $17,983. The car itself had no price on the window sticker. After the test drive I was brought an "out-the-door" price of $20,554. I countered with $20,000 even, which was accepted. Turns out the $20,000 agreement was not out-the-door. They do not sale the cars in-person at the online sales price. Also watch out for a bogus "Paint Protection" fee of $1,350. It was never mentioned and added in without my consent. They advertise a free lifetime warranty which I believe is the reason for the so called "Paint Protection". So much for being free. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I would give 0 stars if possible. Good luck to everyone on their search! More
I just bought my first Mazda! A CX-5. I LOVE this car. I traded a 2021 Mercedes for it and feel safer and happy that I did.My sales man Hunter, was Awesome! he listened and heard A CX-5.
