Forgot to add oil after oil change After having my cars oil changed I drove out of the dealership and quickly noticed a horrible sound coming from the engine as well as the check engine After having my cars oil changed I drove out of the dealership and quickly noticed a horrible sound coming from the engine as well as the check engine light illuminating. I made a u turn drove back in to the dealership. They were very apologetic. But that is a mistake that just can't be made. Hopefully, running the engine that that short period didn't do too much lasting damage. I won't be returning here. More

Service Team is Respectful, Thorough and Go Above and Beyond I recently purchased a gently used 2016 CX-5 at the Roswell Mazda dealership. It was still under warranty and a part had worn out prematurely. I was worried that there would be defensive denial, but happily, the service team was AWESOME!!! When I went in they offered me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait. Not only did they fix my car, but they also fixed a tire that had picked up a screw along the way. They are so friendly, professional and punctual! It is worth buying your vehicle there just to be able to access the service department. More

I am welcomed with friendly faces and positive vibes. I even got great advice on what to do when I got an unjust ticket for my taillight being out! They went ahead and proactively changed all of my lights, and told me to bring all the paperwork for my court date, and I ended up not having to pay the ticket, for which I am incredibly appreciative. Some may dread going to their dealerships to get service done, but I always find the experience calm and, I daresay, enjoyable. Shout out to all the Mazda of Roswell employees for always making me feel welcome and for taking care of moi (and my car). (: More
