Great customer service! Mr. Nicholas Carrara took care of me with a small problem I had on my dashboard. Exceeded expectations Taking my vehicle in for service was extremely easy and fast. My service advisor was quick to notice I had a car seat and before I even asked him, he Taking my vehicle in for service was extremely easy and fast. My service advisor was quick to notice I had a car seat and before I even asked him, he had already set me up in a vehicle big enough to fit my family. He called me regularly with updates about my vehicle status and when I could expect to pick up my car. When everything was done, I came in and picked up my car and both my service advisor and either a manager or another advisor sat with me to make sure that the repairs were completed the right way and then they got me out of there very quickly. Overall it was a great experience. More
