I had no issues with the service department until I ran into a problem with my car. The service manager, Charlie Maldonado, clearly lacks customer support. I don't know how many times I've reached out to him regarding my issue, but most of the time, I cannot get a hold of him. He does not respond to emails nor gives a callback. I just wanted him to update me on the process since I've been waiting for three months already. He does not keep me informed and leaves me hanging without an answer. I am very frustrated. More
The first time I brought in the problem they could not replicate it. However they should have spent more time trying to my problem with Apple car play the first time I brought the car in as it would have replicate it. The second time that did replicate the problem and then fixed it. The car had less than 500 miles the first time I brought the problem to their attention. More
The salesman I worked with was very helpful and they quickly gave me a loaner car when they realized the issue would not be able to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The staff were very courteous and did a great job. The basic issue that needed addressed was promptly takin care of in a reasonable time frame.
