David I apologize for your recent experience. We do complete a full circle inspection on every vehicle in for service. I apologize if they missed that tire pressure check. Please reach out to us directly if you run into a situation like this so we can try to resolve it immediately. We are also offering vehicle cleaning on request. This does include COVID focussed process so can extend your stay longer than projected but please let us know if this is a service you like. We also are offering our OnEighty process and full details at small upcharges. These need to be scheduled in advance. please let me know if either interest you.
