Brought my 2018 CX-5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. At checkout I asked if my tire pressure was ok and did they check the pressure in the spare. I was told all was OK and yes the spare was ch rotation. At checkout I asked if my tire pressure was ok and did they check the pressure in the spare. I was told all was OK and yes the spare was checked as well. So being a Quality Inspector I checked for myself and no the spare was not checked. Other than that all was Ok. No cleaning at all, but I guess it was because of COVID-19? More

i drove in with a request to fix a noise that was new and getting louder i was told i needed an appointment and they were booked and short a mechanic I said i could wait and needed my car the next day and co getting louder i was told i needed an appointment and they were booked and short a mechanic I said i could wait and needed my car the next day and couldn’t drop it off . Nick in service was great, very disappointed that my 2012 CX9 has had Repeated window motors breaking. I’ve spent a lot of money already having them repaired and was hoping that Mazda would help to incur t CX9 has had Repeated window motors breaking.
