Pros- employees in service department are friendly and Pros- employees in service department are friendly and professional. Cons- Took 10 days to see me (other dealers see you within 2 days). Told Pros- employees in service department are friendly and professional. Cons- Took 10 days to see me (other dealers see you within 2 days). Told due to pandemic everyone is getting their cars serviced. They are twice as busy. Took 1 hour for oil change and tire rotation (other dealers have you out of the door within 30 min). I bought a certified car with 6300 miles. Was told all maintenance was free within first year while buying it. Yea right. I had to pay for tire rotation at 9800 miles. My opinion only- the human interaction with the service dept is what one would expect. Friendly and professional. But if you are going to be twice as busy you should employee the staff to provide the level of service your competition provides. Also, buying a certified Mazda from this dealer is not the value you would expect. I should not have to pay for any scheduled/recommended service for a 1 model year old car with under 10k miles...
