I have always used Mazda of Roswell for servicing my Miata that I bought at that dealership. I appreciate their providing a ride to and from my nearby office while car is being serviced. Took car in on 08/04/21 for oil change, they also rotated tires and informed me of need to change spark plugs. Latch cover for convertible top had come loose in late 2019. I prepaid ~$200 for dealer to order replacement. Wrong part arrived during covid isolation. I called dealer to inform of wrong part, they said bring it back and they would restock or replace. When I returned this week they said no returns after 30-days. Very disappointing. While I may return for servicing, I will be wary of ordering parts and definitely not prepay for parts. More
